Have went to other orthodontists, and no place compares to Jolley Smiles! Not only are the employees great but the place has an incredible feel. Definitely recommend.

They did a great job with my son. Friendly staff. They usually go above and beyond for their customers. Occasionally we get someone who's having an off day and isn't as pleasant or not as happy about working with kids, but 99% good experiences over the last year.

We have only been for our initial consultation but our experience was great. All the staff we encountered were very cheerful and friendly. It was obvious that the staff enjoyed working there. Our consultation went great- they were thorough and explained everything clearly. They are so good with kids, my son felt very comfortable and excited to be there. I am so glad we made the choice to use Jolley Smiles and look forward to coming back.

This practice is amazing, spectacular people and superb service. They are also one of the only practices in the valley that manage surgical cases, for which I am very grateful.

I was pawned off to Jolley Smiles against my will because my regular Orthodontist retired and sent all of his patients there. From the beginning, Dr. Jolley (who by the way is not very jolly at all) was trying to have my braces removed, even though there was still a large gap in my teeth. I would show him the gap and he would act naive like he hadn't seen it then finally agree to not remove them yet. He did not have a monetary gain from me since I had already finished paying my old ortho off), He would spend all of two minutes with me and would not explain a thing. The doctor's there talk to the assistants in their lingo and act like you aren't even there. They also do not offer rewards cards to transferred patients as they do for everyone else. It was stressful going in there because I was not happy with my smile and I always felt rushed as if I were in a sort of Expressway Ortho Office. After months of being made to feel like a second-class citizen, I finally agreed to the removal. I am very unhappy with the level of service and the fact that there is still a small gap and I am now stuck with a very uneven bite. I feel like the thousands of dollars spent and the years of waiting were spent in vain.

Jolly Smiles was great. All the attendees are super nice and cheerful always have a smile on there face. It's super fun to talk to them when you have an appointment. The treatment worked really well and faster then I thought it would. Jolly Smiles Is awesome!

My name Is Paityn and I go to Jolly Smiles, I have been going for a little more than a year almost 2 now, and its the best orthodontist i have ever visited! They Workers are always so nice and try they're best not to make you feel nervous! Five Stars For Sure!!!!!

my daughter has enjoyed going, although from a parent stand point, financial discussion should happen without children around and before an appointment, the lack of communication is also pretty difficult, and decisions are made on the fly with zero notice until the child is seated in the chair. really put a bad taste in my mouth, will continue continue care with them, but will be very leary about their communication skills

Great place! Everyone is kind. Office is clean. They really made it easy on my daughter who was not excited about getting braces and now it's time to get them removed soon and she is sad about it. Highly recommend!!
