I went to this office back in April. And as I was told by the office, I payed for all the services I received. But yesterday (in the end of September), I received a call that I still owe something to them. I was very surprised, because they haven't told me anything about that in April. So I assume this clinic may decide to charge you whenever they want to. I wouldn't trust them and try to find a different dentist in the area.

Great dentist, terrible business practices. After being with this office for a year they finally tell me that they are out of network for my insurance. I asked if their office accepts my insurance when I started with them. At no point did they tell me that they are out of network. The person I spoke with today about an extra bill (because the first one was apparently an estimate and not the post-insurance portion like they'd told me) explained that they will bill anyone's insurance but that doesn't mean they're in network. What a disingenuous way to do business. Completely dishonest. EDIT: Seven months later and I'm still upset about the extra money this cost me.

Literally the best dentist I've ever been to in My Life. I have horrible teeth and continue to have poor teeth. It's a genetic problem for me. And they take such good care of me every time I show up

I had a great experience. With very loving and kind people. It's hard to leave a review for a dental office because you're not in control of anything but I was in very good hands. Expert care by a very knowledgeable doctor and staff. I certainly would recommend Dr. Jolly and the whole staff because it takes everyone to calm fears whatever age you are. And I am a senior so believe you me I have plenty of fears going to the dentist. Thanks for reading.

Dr. Jolley's staff was so warm and kind. We took our 2 year old in for her first appointment and Colleen did a wonderful job making it a fun and warm experience. Dr. Powell also was so friendly and inviting. The trip to the dentist is her favorite topic to discuss now, mentioning the "fun ride" she got to take on the chair, the new tooth brush, and petting coco the doggie!

Great as always. Dr. Jolly and his crew are efficient and friendly, and routine cleanings are virtually pain free. Oh, did I mention the massage chairs?

Take in mind I've never had terrible dentistry experiences, but this office is a step above all others I've been to. The front desk workers are all super kind, the dental assistants are fun and gentle handed, and Dr Jolley is thorough and knowledgeable - listens to your concerns and fully addresses them WITH you. Overall, I feel pampered at this office (therapy dog, massage exam chairs) and am so glad I was recommended to come here

Dr.Jolley and his team are phenomenal. Truly the best dental office in King County if not the whole Washington! They have earned my trust, are always extremely professional, gentle, kind, accommodating and do the best work possible! Ive seen a lot of dentists before, had some dental complications and was always nervous for the next appointment with the dentist.. Now- all my issues masterfully fixed by Dr.Jolley and his wonderful dental assistants, and appointments are now relaxed and filled with confidence and 100% satisfaction. 10/10. Truly the best! Highly recommend!!!

By far the best experience at the dentist I've ever had! Even though I accidentally missed my appointment they were so sweet and found a way to still see me that same day. They were also warm and welcoming I honestly didn't even want to leave!
