If I could give this place a negative one million, I truly would!!! I have NEVER even been to this place and they are telling me I owe them 160$ for not showing up to my appointment, um no you guys didn't have my referral OR my X rays yet so you canceled me!! And YES THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE WORST! Absolutely NO customer service skills at all!! She wouldn't even let me talk! So I'm glad I read all these reviews before going because I feel most these reviews are fake! The reviews with the complaints are the only real reviews!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I had a good experience. I have a dental phobia. But had to have all my teeth extracted. This office was able to see me quickly. And the surgery went well. I liked the staff and the doctor.

Hello, I had a great time! Not something you normally hear with dental surgery but the procedure eliminated the pain I'd been having for more than a month. Dr Scheive and all the staff were thoughtful, accommodating and very professional!

Joliet Oral Surgeons stayed open for me on a Saturday morning. I had an emergency tooth extraction and the doc took care of me . I am ever so grateful since the pain had been excruciating.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE COULD EVEN BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. I CALL TO LET THEM KNOW MY INSURANCE DENIED 2 OUT OF THE 6 TEETH THAT NEED TO BE EXTRACTED AND SHE FIRST TELLS ME THEY HAVENT RECEIVED THE LETTER I TELL HER THAT CANT BE BECAUSE I GOT MINE OVER 2 WEEKS AGO SHE THEN ASK FOR MY NAME SO I TELL HER SHE COULDNT POSSIBLY HAVE EVEN LOOKE DTHE FIRST TIME I ASKED IF SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW MY NAME AND THAT SETS HER OFF BECAUSE MAGICALLY BOOM THERE IS MY LETTER IN MY FILE AND NOW SHE IS IN FULL RAGE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE TELLING ME I NEED TO CHANGE MY ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I ASKED WHY SHE DENIED IT WE MOVE ON WITH THE CONVO AND SO I ASK WHATS NEXT THEN SHE TELLS ME TO APPEAL AND I ASK WHAT ABOUT THE APPROVED TEETH SHE LITERALLY HUFFS INTO THE PHONE AND SAYS WHAT DO YOU MEAN AND SO I PROCEED TO SAY WHAT ABOUT THE APPROVED TEETH SHE THEN HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN I CALL BACK AND SHE NOW TELLS ME SHE IS SNDING IN A REQUEST TO DENY ME AS A PATIENT. SO NOW BECAUSE OF A THIS WOMAN HAVING A BAD DAY 6 MONTHS OF ME SEARCHING FOR AN ORAL SURGEON HAS NOW GONE TO WASTE AND I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN WHICH I DOUBT I WILL EVEN FIND ANOTHER SURGEON AND IN THE MEANTIME I WILL BE BACK IN THE ER BECAUSE EVERY COUPLE WEEKS MY FACE SWELLS AND I HAVE TO GO ON ANTIBIOTICS FOR 10 DAYS PRETTY SOON MY BODY WILL RESISIT THESE AND THEN THE INFECTION WILL TAKE OVER AND I WILL BE SEPTIC. AT THIS POINT DENYING ME TREATMENT IS MALPRACTICE AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

You all had an amazing part in my life by removing my upper n lower wisdom teeth (4) + tooth #19 . I don't remember anything after that lol. I just know I'm happy I said good bye to them crazy annoying teeth lol. The Dr and the 2 Nurses and the secretary I met were amazing to me . Thank You All so much. You all did an amazing job.

My dentist was adamant that I have an oral surgeon take out a broken, infected tooth immediately. I called several different places, all of whom could not get me in for weeks. Joliet Oral Surgeons were able to get me in ASAP and provided a consultation, local anesthetic, and pulled the tooth. The whole appointment was quick and easy and I was very grateful for the oral surgeon and the staff who made me feel totally comfortable and provided me with after care and called to check on me the next day!

Dr. Scheive and his team are amazing. I called them in a crying wreck dealing with horrible Pain with one of my wisdom teeth it was recommend by another dentist to have all 4 removed one which was close to a nerve Of course I was told with my insurance I would have to call a few places in Chicago but after a google search when I had no luck with the Chicago numbers I gave joliet Oral surgeons a call. They got Me in as fast as they could and worked with my insurance cause I needed an approval. But as soon as It was approved they got me in ASAP. Again his staff was amazing they helped keep Me at ease and they were removed super fast. No pain I definitely recommend

Even though the office is dated it is very clean. The procedure went very well. I didn't feel a thing during my wisdom teeth removal. I would recommend them to anyone.

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS. HORRIBLE SERVICE. ASKED FOR GAS. NO GAS AND NUMBING MEDICATION HAD WORN OFF. BILLING WRONG. DOUBLE BILLED AND HAS YET TO CORRECT 10 DAYS LATER.

Friendly staff. Ease of scheduling and staff was sure to ease my anxiety, before and after. Doctor called to check on me next day!
