I was made comfortable, the dentist explained everything and was very nice. He's as wonderful as my old dentist who retired. I'm so happy I found him.

Horrible! This place is a joke! Unprofessional! I went for a cleaning only to be told I didn't need it! Who does that !!!!??? But polished uncleaned teeth.... NEVER AGAIN!

I just felt uncomfortable from the beginning. There's no parking except the few spots in the front. I had an appt at 5 and it said to text when I was there and they would tell me when to come in. I did and got no reply, so I called and got left on hold for a long time. I think they forgot about me. I went in and they said "oh don't worry we can just do 5:30". The waiting area was kinda meh as well as the consult room. The chair cover was crunchy like it hadn't been replaced. The guy doing the X-rays was fine. The dentist came in and looked at my X-rays. She said I had cavities and then looked at my mouth. She was rough and not very friendly. I have severe dental anxiety and she made it worse. Then, she said I could need root canals, but she needed to drill into my teeth to find out. They could be fillings or they could be root canals. So basically if they went in and it needed a root canal, I would have to have temp fillings placed and then I would be referred elsewhere. That sounds scary. I can't imagine having a temporary filling and possibly be in more pain until I could get into a specialist. The whole thing just made me feel uneasy. I didn't feel they were confident in my dental needs, so why should I be confident in their ability to do the work? The place may be okay for very basic things, but I wouldn't go there for stuff beyond that.

My experience was absolutely horrible. Yes they have great staff however Was seen Sep 24 was Definitely rushed never got a cleaning prior to an extraction. Was given a gauze and papers with what to do WASNT even told to keep a gauze in for only 20 min until bleeding stopped Came back day 6 due to a lot of pain to be told they are following protocols and was told to wait in the car and txt here upon arrival then told to come in and once walking in a full house looks like no one needed to "wait in their cars" and had to go back to wait in the car due to nowhere to sit. As my appointment was at 11:30 I waited an hour to be seen to find out it was a dry socket and infection and was in so much pain. This was a very traumatic experience and was given pain meds after they seen it was an infection and dry socket and once again never cleaned it out just added the dry socket paste and given a gauze and told to keep the area clean Not the best experience for a person who is just getting an extraction as this was my first experience. & YES I WAS DEFINITELY SEEN HERE!

It's pretty bogus the way they left 2 races of people sitting in the waiting room for over an hour each and took the other race of clients straight into the back repeatedly. They didn't even have their paperwork filled out and went straight to the back and never sat down. Today there was a huge waterbug in a trap and the person changing a dirty seat cover put it directly on supposed clean and sanitary dental equipment. Get your practice right before you get more complaints like this. I wanted to leave a bad review last time but I let it slide. Today was the end of this customer's experience. Good luck.

Everyone is so nice had a Deep cleaning done . I don't do needles have a zero Tolerance for pain. I told the doctor and let him know I was really scared . He did a awesome job I've been telling everybody go there for a deep cleaning . I didn't feel anything . Thanks You to the Doctor and saff
