Dr. Truong has spent over 7 years at the University of Florida obtaining not only a doctorate of medicine but also her prosthodontics and dental implants specialty training. She is a specialist in full mouth dental reconstruction, dentures, and implant supported dentures. With experience of over 2,500 dental implants completed she has lectured on implant reconstruction design and combating implant complications.
Introducing Ashley, a passionate dental assistant. It was always her dream to be in dentistry and she cares for patients deeply, we have no doubt she will make you feel right at home here at Jolie Smiles. When not in the office Ashley enjoys caring for her animals and spending time with her loved ones. Ashley is a trained EFDA who completed her training in Carrollwood, she currently resides in the Land O Lakes area and was born in Baltimore Maryland.
Introducing LaVonne our amazing front desk receptionist, with background knowledge from when she was a dental hygienist, she will make sure your questions are answered. LaVonne is friendly, welcoming, and everything else you would want when you walk into an office. When shes not making the team laugh, shes golfing, spending time at the beach and being surrounded by her family. Lavonne grew up in Florida but moved to San Diego to complete her education, she eventually came back to Florida to be with her family and has now found her home here at Jolie Smiles.
Introducing Amber, a devoted dental assistant and receptionist, whether shes helping clinically or up front answering the phone she will make sure you are satisfied with your experience at Jolie Smiles. Amber enjoys spending her spare time baking and being a mother to her 2 boys. She has a background in education and later in life wanted to come to dentistry. Amber completed her training at Concorde, she loves to teach her patients about proper care and is a Florida native.

Jolie Smiles' website highlights things like "No bone, no problem," and "skill and comfort are central to our approach." As patients of Dr. Truong, one would hope that these featured skills are not solely seen as marketable qualities--we want them to be at the center of their practice. Thankfully, that cannot be truer. Dr. Truong and her staff went above and beyond expectations. Everyone was professional in their communication, the environment was relaxing and comfortable, things were handled properly, and I cannot be more impressed with the dental work performed. At the bottom of their website, Jolie Smiles writes "Don't take a chance with your health, be in the hands of specialist." This specialist is one you must check out. From a long, complicated history with other dentists, I appreciated Dr. Truong's honesty and willingness to work with my teeth and unique situation. In combination with Dr. Manik S. Bedi--who removed a mass from my mouth before Dr. Truong continued with my procedure-- Jolie Smiles Denture & Implant Studio was compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff and Doctors know what they are doing and ensure all patients and treatments are well taken care of. Thank you, I cannot recommend them more.

If you are planning to do some work for your teeth like implant i would highly recommend jolie smile denture and implant.dr truong is highly knowledgeable and competent and caring. I give her 5 star.

Dr. Truong is a great dentist who gives honest opinions and does solid work. While my initial evaluation suggested I may need a pretty involved surgery, during my actual procedure Dr. Truong found that my problem was less extensive than the imaging studies suggested, so she changed the plan to a more simple procedure. My problem has since been resolved and hasn't come back in over 6 months. Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Caroline is a Rock Star. I lost all of teeth from my chemotherapy. I've wasted money on implants, which had to be removed, lower dentures 3 times and couldn't wear them. I've been through about 4-5 dentist's all they did was take my money with empty promises. I found Jolie Smiles while searching about 3d dentures. Dr. Caroline is awesome what sets her apart from others is she makes sure you are comfortable, and understand the plan of care. I never felt like she was in a hurry to get you out of the chair. My other dentists had there Hygienist do the adjustments not Dr. Caroline she won't let you leave until your completely satisfied with the fit. She had mine fitting properly within a week, 1st adjusting was the day I got the denture and the 2nd is a week later. Some of the others I had gone no less then 6 times before I just threw them away. If you want the Best, Top Quality, Dentistry then Jolie Smiles is where you want to go. My only regret is I didn't see/find her sooner as I would have gotten a full set of dentures, they only did my lowers. This isn't one of those "same day denture"places, but you get what you pay for, spend a little more now or spend a lot later. The staff are awesome Ashley, Amber and Lavonne. I live in Spring Hill and drove to Odessa/Lutz which is well worth the drive. We brought our Granddaughter to get use to a dentist which Dr. Caroline was awesome and will be her dentist when she needs one.

Dr. Truong is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Prosthodontist. She did a full restoration for me and I'm extremely happy with the results. Only entrust a full mouth restoration to a specialist and Dr. Truong is the best. She is the ONLY prosthodontist of the half dozen who saw my case that actually cared. She took the time to make sure that the end result of my dental implant journey would be a beautiful, functional and natural looking smile. A full mouth restoration is truly a life altering procedure and Dr. Truong is the one you want beside you. PS This is the only 5 star review I have ever given.

What an unbelievable experience! I had a great deal of work to be done on my lower teeth as a whole. I was referred to Dr Truong and had an initial consultation with her. She couldn't have been better in explaining in detail the options to consider. It was quite refreshing to see a doctor who was so careful not to persuade me on whether to do have my regular dentist do all the necessary work (extractions, crowns, bridges, etc) or to have her do the work of a total lower section implant. She, very clearly, was only concerned about giving me the pros and cons and would not "suggest" which way to go. Everyone in her office was incredibly professional. Kelly took care of my paperwork and pre op instructions. Very complete so that when I arrived all was ready for me. She contacted me frequently prior to the visit to see if I had any questions, as did Dr Truong. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr Truong and all of her staff were prepared, pleasant and constantly asking about my pain or if I needed anything at all. I've been going to the dentist for over 60 years and it was obvious she was the consummate professional who took the time to properly train her entire staff. After the surgery, they even had my favorite smoothie ready for my break! Then came the fitting, she took great care in ensuring everything was just perfect. And it was! And the best part, the entire procedure was done in one day ! Amazing! I'd have three appointments with my regular dentist for just a bit of work but I walked out of her office with a perfect set of lower teeth that perfectly matched my uppers. With the extractions, bone grafts, and other magic she had to work I was looking to be experiencing a lot of pain. I had the procedure done yesterday, had a couple of pain pills yesterday but have no more need for them. Can you believe it? All that work done in one day and relatively minor pain? The other "best part"? No more fillings... root canals... crowns.. or bridges. No more years and years of ongoing work and the pain that comes with it. And the money I would have spent over the next few decades doing all the work. Ha! I'm done! All there will be is normal annual visits to ensure all remains perfect. Is it even possible to enjoy a dental procedure? Honestly I had a blast, her staff was fun, she explained in detail everything so I learned a lot, and the work she did looks amazing. Do yourself a HUGE favor.... Go see Dr Truong.
