Johnson Pediatrics is an exciting place where everyday dental care is a brand new adventure for little people. While we know the friendly environment, bright fun colors, and top of the line equipment are important, its our people that set us apart.
Following the lead of Dr. Johnson our amazing dentist, our office is a fabulous place where little people know they are really cared about. We treat each and every child like the most important person well see all day because we believe it about every single one.
Dr. Johnson is an awesome pediatric dentist. He serves his community by focusing on each patient and specializes in pediatric dental care because of his desire to help young children care for their teeth.
He received his dental degree in science from BYU and graduated from Oregon Health Sciences with his DMD Degree in 1999. He then completed his pediatric specialty training at University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has received awards and scholarships for his clinical and academic excellence.
Dr. J believes in using continuing education and advancements so he can keep providing up to date dental care. He teaches a dental course at the Roseman University and lectures at several dental schools on rare genetic dental cases. He teaches the pediatric dental residents at Primary Childrens Medical Center.
He believes that if patients develop lifelong habits at a young age they will be able to keep their teeth healthy and strong throughout their life. Hes ready to help your little ones form these habits and gain confidence in a healthy smile.
Our entire dental team does everything we can to make sure your child receives the best treatment. Youll feel welcome, comfortable, and confident with the care you receive no matter why you are visiting the office.
Every patient is different which is why we evaluate your childs individual needs before making a treatment plan. We recommend dental cleanings every 6 months, getting regular dental x-rays, and repairing teeth as needed. Well always do our best to help meet your needs.

This was my first time. Bringing my daughter brinlee here . It was the very clean place very nice staff in the front office answered all my questions. The dental assistant was amazing to my daughter so good to her . And the dentist was amazing as well . I am very happy I found this place .

Dr. Johnson is awesome and great guy. I'm actually a general dentist, but wanted a pediatric dentist to see my little girl. He was so good with her and the staff and office are all great too. I got a stack of their business cards so I can refere my young patients to his office. 5 starts!

We love this office! My 4 year old gets so excited when she gets to go to the dentist and I love that. Dr. Johnson is so cool and the hygienists and assistants are amazing too! 10/10 recommend!

My biggest fear was thinking my toddler and my kid would give the dentist a hard time because of them being so young but they did so good with my kids they let my kids kinda get to know the tools they were working with and let my kids see it before using it for them and I feel like that made my kids comfortable to we're they sat still I would recommend this spot to anyone the staff was so nice to my kids and the dentist's as well

Definitely would recommend Dr. Johnson! Kid friendly office. Very clean office. Dr. Johnson is very patient, as well as his staff. The front office welcome's you the minute you walk in. My child never complains when it's time to go to the dentist which makes life easy.

I came to them for a second opinion on my 3 yr olds teeth and I was very happy with the appt and with Dr Johnson. He was very straightforward and took the time to explain all the options and what would be the best treatment plan. I really appreciated his candor and kindness. His staff was also lovely and wonderful with my daughter. I would highly recommend them! I also loved their in house member program for those that don't have dental insurance.

This was my 8 year old sons first visit to this office #1- The front desk receptionist was very welcoming #2 - The young lady that cleaned my sons teeth was very gentle and made sure to let him know everything she was doing to assure him there was no need to be nervous #3 - Dr. Chavez was very nice and explained things in detail very clearly for us to understand.

We LOVE Johnson Pediatric Dentistry! We have been going there for 12 years. They have been so patient with my kids with anxiety, and now they all love going to the dentist. They are honest and open. My kids' only complaint would be they only get to come twice a year.

We'll it was fine except . I would have liked yo have known we weren't seeing Dr Johnson. The new dentist is not as personable and o didn't feel as comfortable as fo with dr Johnson. He called med" mom" when wanting to show me something in Lilly's examine My name would have been a better choice as I'm Lilly's grandmother. I'm her latent but she calls me grandma and that's my identity with her. Hope you'll take this feedback in the way I intend.

the staff is super friendly and the doctor is very good and patient with the children, it is the second time I go with him and he has done an excellent job with my daughters before they were afraid of feeling pain when they went to the dentist now they go calm, the doctor did two extractions super fast and my daughter did not feel any pain.

I will never take my daughter to a different dentist. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. They do anything they can to accommodate you and your child's needs. They are the best dentist office hands down.
