We are pleased to announce that Jean D. Johnson, DDS, FAGD has achieved one of dentistrys most prestigious career goals. By becoming a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, on July 30, 2011. Dr. Jean Johnson has demonstrated a long-term commitment to providing you and your family with the most up-to-date treatment options and superior patient care.
Dr. Jean Johnson attended the Pennsylvania State University during her undergraduate years and the Temple University School of Dentistry for her doctoral training. She joined her father, Dr. Harold H. Johnson, in his general dentistry practice and the two worked together until his retirement. Together, they have been providing dental care to people of the Berwick/Millville area for over 50 years.
Dr. Jean is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She has completed training with the Dawson Center for Advanced Dentistry as well as participating in the PA Academy of General Dentistry Peak program for advanced training and certification.
When asked what she enjoys most about her profession, Dr. Jean says, the patients and my relationships with them as well as their families. Its wonderful to be able to provide dental treatment in a fun and caring atmosphere.thats largely due to my staff and their dedication to our patients as well as their individual commitment to professional improvement.

Excellent Dentist! This was my daughter's first Dentist. Dr.Jean and her staff were marvelous. Unfortunately a couple years ago, due to a change in our dental insurance we could no longer go here. It's been a nightmare trying to find a new dentist. We never really had any issues with my daughter's teeth until switching providers. Now between the two providers we found after having to switch dentists my 10 yr old has dealt with extreme pain from cavities that weren't addressed promptly and were allowed to worsen because of it. She also gets panic attacks because even when she complained of pain when finally getting the cavities filled the dentist continued the procedure with inadequate numbing. I hope eventually Dr. Jean Johnson will be a covered provider with our insurance so my daughter can, once again, get proper and competent dental care from a gentle and kid friendly dental team. I know if we could have stayed with Dr. Jean my daughter wouldn't fear the dentist and the slightest cavity would've been attended to immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Jean Johnson.

Dr. Jean Johnson is a wonderful Dentist. She is very gentle and explains everything to you. Her staff is awesome as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Jean Johnson.
