I was once convinced because of their adds free consultations and X-rays. I ended up paying a lot money out of my pockets . The desk clerk has a little knowledge of insurance matters, my insurance refused to pay the portion their charges. Sorry but I'm not recommending this dental clinic.

Horrible experience! I would not recommend them. I had an appointment with them 2 Fridays ago, I got off early and get there at 4. The doors are locked and unable to reach anyone. I called them the following Monday and they said they tried to contact me which was a lie. I rescheduled my appointment for Friday 8/26/22 and I receive a message that they have to cancel my appointment AGAIN! They are unable to reschedule me at this time and expect me to go to solvang! Beyond unprofessional

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for a cleaning, a month later I get a text from the "office administrator" cancelling my appointment with 4 days until the appointment. She gave me the number for the Solvang office if I had any questions, I made the appointment with the Santa Maria office. So I called the number to ask what happened and of course the admin was not available so a message was taken for a call back - which I never received. I was then told they cancelled my appointment because the assistant needs a dentist on site in order to do a cleaning and their dentist was supposed to start on that Monday but never did. FAIL

I made an appointment with them, go there and the doors locked and no one is answering the phone (called over 4 times) it's really ridiculous cause I have a baby, I planned my day around this appointment, it is not easy for moms to get out and get things done and then you run into this, wasted time. Time is the most expensive thing!!!! Highly disappointed as I was excited about this new location and a first visit. Put a sign out if things happen!

Johnson Family Dental was recommended by a friend and I am happy he did. I had a Tooth pulled not even a pinch of pain very professional, fast affordable. I was in so much pain when I got there. they rushed me in and fixed me up. Thank You!!!!!!!!!

This is the best dental office in town. I came in for an exam and was even able to get some work done that same day! The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining what I need. My visits have always been professional and the staff are friendly. I enjoy coming to an office where although I can't see their faces due to the masks, I can see their smiles through their eyes. I highly recommend this office to everyone

Major regrets for choosing this dental practice. We've been lied to multiple times, pushed around, and come to find out that they aren't even licenced for everything necessary for procedures they claim they can do and told us are necessary. Instead we find them cutting corners and causing unnecessary physical pain and emotional distress for adults and children alike. Not able to prioritize dental work in a proper order due to pain for patient. Created a strong fear of the dentist in my kid, who previously had zero issues going to the dentist at all. Higher costs than any other dental practice around on top of it all. Recommend anywhere besides Johnson Family Dental. We have been to the SLO and Santa Maria locations and both have had the same issues. Never had these problems at any other dental practice before.

Went for a quote and they did 2 filling and 1of them had to have a root canal and they are charging me that I didn't have insurance they gave me paperwork and I called the insurance and I was covered during the procedure now they are billing me 3,500 don't recommend

Wow the service here is amazing! Most dentist offices are so eerie and uncomfortable but here is so light and the people seem genuinely nice and not just customer service nice. My wisdom tooth had been bothering me and they got me in as soon as humanly possible and are removing it same day. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience here! That's coming from someone who avoids dentists at all cost. I highly recommend them. Natalie, Alicia and Dr. Saleh make this an almost pleasurable experience. Top notch dental procedures with friendly care. Had crown, fillings and cleaning. Hygienist was awesome as well.

This dentist was amazing did everything in the same day I was very happy with the staff and the doctor they're they made me feel very comfortable and took care of me I reccomend this place to anyone that is looking for a regular dentist I give them 5 stars
