I been going to Dr. Johnson since I moved to VA. I bring my daughters and now my grandson. We have to support our own and see them win always. Don Williams

"It's not what you say, but HOW you say it" I've been calling Dr. Johnson's office to secure an appointment for two weeks! finally get in contact with the receptionist today and whooooooo child ! The lack of customer service, empathy, or basic human decency was astonishing. It hurts more when it comes from your own people. I was unsuccessful in securing an appointment for my annual cleaning because Miss Nikki, refused to secure my slot without my insurance information on file.... Now let's pause for a second it's an annual visit ... meaning it's covered by insurance..... Mrs Nikki if you wanted to make sure I could afford services than just say that.

I have used this dentist for almost 10 years. The professionalism and care I have experienced is above other locations I have used in the past. The primary care dentist does not just make small talk, she remembers you and your last conversation which is huge when looking for a medical professional for me and lets me know that she monitors your care on a very detailed level.

I have used this dentist for almost 10 years. The professionalism and care I have experienced is above other locations I have used in the past. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I called to schedule and got in for an appointment within 2 days. When I told the receptionist that I would be paying out of pocket, due to a lack of dental insurance, she wasn't snarky and condescending like some other offices in the Richmond area. I would recommend this dentist!
