A graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Jorgensen consistently makes patient comfort a priority. She efficiently educates her patients to ensure the understanding of dental health. Dr. Jorgensen is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), and Jefferson County Dental Society (JCDS). Dr. Jorgensens personal interests include camping, four-wheeling, and spending time with her handsome dog, Duke.

Dr. Melk provides a relaxed environment, conducive to patient comfort. Dr. Melk is a member of the ADA, WDA, and JCDS, as well as the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA). Dr. Melks personal interests include curling and canoeing.
Nicole is a graduate of Madison College with a life long passion for dentistry. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA) and WDA. Nicole's high energy creates a positive environment for both children and adults. In her free time she enjoys spending time at the gym and with her cute pup Margs.
A former student of Herzing University and prior employee of Dean Health Systems. Sam has extensive experience in medical records and medical imaging. Sam also specializes in processing insurance claims and patient financing. She has been with our dental office for over 8 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Beth graduated from WCTC with her dental assisting degree in 2015. Beth started her dental career at Johnson Creek Dental shortly after. She is warm and welcoming with our patients and has been a great addition to our team from the start. In her free time Beth loves spending time with her daughter Olivia and her husband. She enjoys time with family and friends and being outdoors.
Nichole began her career as one of Johnson Creek Dental's chairside assistants. She graduated in 2016 from MATC with her hygiene degree. Nichole likes to go camping with her husband and dog Riley. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Michaela began her dental career as a dental assistant here at Johnson Creek Dental and is currently a dental hygiene student at WCTC. In her free time, Michaela enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling, competing her horses all over the country and learning new things.
Joslynn started her dental career in our office a few years ago and still currently works as a CNA on the weekends for hospice. Her background has given her a lot of experience as a caregiver and her passion for comforting our patients is one of her many attributes. She enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, dogs, family and friends.
Katie recently started her career at our office as a dental assistant. She continues to also work as a seamstress at Symbol Mattress on her off days. She enjoys her new career path and enjoys meeting the patients. In her free time she, enjoys traveling, hunting and spending time up north.

I used to be terrified of the dentist, until I started going here. The staff is amazing. My daughter (3 years old) just had her first dentist appointment and the staff did such a great job making her comfortable & excited for her next visit. They are accommodating to urgent situations and make sure you leave the office with everything need

I travel approximately 50 miles to see Dr. Melk At Johnson Creek Dental. I have been going to this dental practice for many years now, I have been to every dentist and nobody was able to make my smile perfect again, restore in my confidence. My teeth were really bad, I had broken veneers that another dentist put in years ago, and every Single dentist that I went to just could not handle what I needed to be done. In addition to my situation, Johnson Creek has been doing it all my dental work, I would recommend this practice to anybody that needs dental work. There's a reason I travel 50 miles, all of the hygienist and assistance are so professional and make you feel so welcomed. Dr. Melk and all of his associates are the very best you will find, ever! I normally don't post here on Google, but I wanted to help anybody that was looking for the best and dental to at least inquire, you will be happy you did it, and you're welcome.

I have never liked going to the dentist, but the hygienist and dentist at Johnson Creek Dental are amazing! They are so welcoming, comforting, and educational. I have never had such a good dentist experience.

Dr. Melk & all the hygienists are SO fantastic! I'm petrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Melk is SO accommodating, SO understanding, & has SUCH a WONDERFUL "bedside manner," (for a lack of a better term.) The different themed rooms are beautiful & relaxing. The TVs in each room that play happy photos of pets & the like definitely help to ease anxiety/fear of the dentist. My son is autistic; before he started seeing Dr. Shonna he had to be put under anesthesia to get work done on his teeth. Now he gets routine cleanings & fillings w/out complaint & w/out ANY other medications or sedation. They will NEVER overcharge you, & will always do what's best for YOU. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years when I first went to Dr. Melk. The last dentist I saw before Dr. Melk was very rude & condescending. That dentist told me I needed a minimum of 10 fillings back then. Over a decade later when I saw Dr. Melk he said I only needed 3 or 4 fillings, & he was SO caring & understanding of my fear. My husband started going to him as well after he cracked a tooth, because he heard my son & I talk about how great everyone is there. Dr. Melk got him in right away, got his tooth fixed & talked my husband out of pulling all of his bottom teeth like my husband wanted, even though it would mean less money for the dental practice, he did so because Dr. Melk knew it wasn't the right thing for my husband. We drive about 40 minutes to get to Johnson Creek Dental, & it is SO worth the drive! You can save money with them because they'll never have you get work done if you don't need it, (unlike some dental offices out there.) They are SO good with children w/ special needs & adults w/ a crippling fear of the dentist! I can't say enough good things about them! I used to have to take anti-anxiety medication before even walking in the door even for just cleanings. Now I can go to appointments & even get work done without ANY of my anxiety medications! They are positively lovely!!! Words can't express how grateful we are for them!!!

Dr. Melk & his staff are top notch. I needed to be seen right away & they fit me in the schedule. They did everything they could to make me comfortable & accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Johnson Creek Dental.

Best dental office we've been to. Dr. John and Dr. Shonna are both awesome. They are so good with my kids. It makes it much easier to take the family to the dentist when the kids aren't scared. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very friendly and comfortable office. Ang was fantastic with my daughters cleaning. The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. It is definitely our new dentist home.
