Just as Dr. Harre is an oral artist, Palmer Smith is a local artist who you will often run into at various spots around Fauquier County. Hell have his easel set up and may be painting a local scene or historic structure as you walk by. Take a look at some of his artwork that you will find hanging at our office.

Dr. Harre graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, majoring in engineering. He was honored by being selected for the prestigious Accelerated Professional Training Program at the University of Maryland Dental School. His experience prior to private practice includes a U.S. Army General Practice Residency and service as a U.S. Army dentist at Vint Hill Farms Station in Warrenton.
Dr. Harre routinely augments his expertise with continuing education courses (typically over 100 hours per year), focusing on cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute and an alumnus of The Dawson Academy.
A long-time team member, Shannon is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College. She routinely adds to her hygiene and periodontal expertise through continuing education courses. In her spare time, Shannon likes exercising for health, studying nutrition and archery/bow hunting, as well as spending time with family, watching movies, improving her home, and attending church activities.
Heather Fonda, RDH, is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College: she also is a Certified Dental Assistant. Believing in continuing education and contributing to her professions evolution are at the forefront of providing excellent patient care, Heather feels. She is continuing her hygiene education at ODU, and serves in a leadership capacity with the Virginia Dental Hygiene Association. Heather works with ASPCA as an animal advocate as well. In her free time, Heather enjoys time with her husband, family, friends, dog and horses, as well as hiking and traveling.
Sarah graduated from Hagerstown Community College. She has over twelve years of dental front desk experience and is very knowledgeable about your dental plan benefits. In her spare time, she is a choir director for a local church. She enjoys playing the piano, trail running and studying history.

I had my first visit at Dr. Harre's office yesterday and I will never go anywhere else. From check-in until check-out it was such a pleasant experience. Danielle, Kim and Dr. Harre were so friendly and nice and helpful. The office is gorgeous, state of the art and so clean! I was so impressed and felt right at ease. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Harre's practice for over thirty years. He and his staff has always provided a very professional and caring atmosphere. I have just finished another visit to his office. Once again, the care for my teeth was excellent! Shannon, the hygienist, as usual did a great job! I can not imagine getting better treatment anywhere else.

The entire staff are very professional and friendly. My hygienist, Heather Fonda, was methodical and extremely efficient, all while being very calming and fun to talk to (when I could talk, lol). She was great at explaining what the results of her check up were so that it was easy to understand what's going on with my teeth and gums. Cathy, who I dealt with mostly on an administrative level, was very good at explaining the cost for that day's procedures, as well as the estimates for potential future work needed and was very pleasant as well. Dr. Harre was great at further explaining my current status and what the options were regarding crowns, bridges, or implants and didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. All in all, I was pleasantly impressed with the level of service from the entire staff.

Today I had the most painless experience at the dentist. Normally I leave with a very sore mouth but today was the best experience ever thanks to my hygienist Heather. She was so gentle and talked me through everything and numbed my mouth. These people are all really nice and try to make it so it's a good experience.

I'm a new patient, found Dr. Harre by doing research. I simply went for 2nd opinion. As soon as I walked in until the end of my appt. This was the best experience ever!! Top notch service..I mean everyone very kind, knowledgeable ..explained everything. I told Dr. Harre I felt like I was at the Ritz!! I highly recommend them. After much research, I nervously booked an appointment at Dr. Harre's office. My visit went far beyond my expectations! Kathy was kind and caring on the phone and just as lovely in person. My hygienist Shannon was absolutely wonderful-gentle and explained everything she was doing as I experienced the most thorough dental exam I have every had (in over 40 years) and Heather was extremely welcoming and friendly. Dr. Harre was incredible! His bedside manner, thorough exam and well conveyed treatment plan left me feeling comfortable and confident of my upcoming procedures. I was a nervous wreck when I walked in the office but when I left I felt like a new person. I have never left a review for anything or anyone ever, but Dr. Harre and his amazing team of professionals deserve these 5 stars!
