I was told my insurance was taken. After the terrible work he did (that I had to get SOMONE ELSE to fix) They tried to say they never took my insurance and put $1500 in collections. Go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time.

I have been seen by Dr Ferrante for many years now. Very good service every time - cleanings, crowns, bridges, I had it all. My dental history is complicated and Dr Ferrante is very knowledgeable in providing treatment plans, referrals to appropriate specialists when needed. John's personally is very caring, he is invested in providing best service for his patients.

I have been going to this Dentist for over 25 years and he is very trust worthy and fair. He has always been there for me and has never let me down. I would highly recommend him. Over the years we have developed the kind of old school relationship that you can not find between a doctor and a patient in todays world.. Thanks for everything!!

I regret saying Dr. Ferrante is the best after he glued an unfit new crown onto my front tooth with permanent cement. He shouldn't have put a popped-out new crown onto my tooth, not to mention he used permanent cement to glue it when I requested to use temporary glue. Long story...As I stopped the payment, his assistant finally called me after 6 months and promised to "make me happy". So I went back to check up with Dr Ferrante in middle of October, then he said his assistant would call me soon. But now I'm still waiting Dr Ferrante to call me back about redoing this crown, but it's already 42 days....

If you are looking for a trustworthy, most experienced and reliable doc, this Dr. Ferrante is your first choice. Most professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had a very bad tooth ache after regular clean up and sue to infection root canal was the only choice. Dr. F discouraged me for root canal and tried other simple options. It was perfect in 2 months. Cannot be thankful for his care and confidence.

When I say I am scared of the dentist trust me I am, I'm an adult and I will still cry. Dr. F is amazing... he is like a magician. He is fast not expensive at all. I was scared and he was like your gonna be okay you won't feel a thing and boy was he right. He said you did great I said nooooo you did great. He isn't making my teeth worse he is making them better unlike my last dentist. I would recommend him 10 times over.

I've been a patient since I was a child. Kids always thought I was crazy for liking the dentist. Still enjoy going as an adult. The staff friendly, personable, and does great work, all while being highly professional
