I joined the Redmond Orthodontics team in 1998 and I am the Treatment Coordinator. I truly love all aspects of my job- meeting and getting to know all our new patients, helping them on their way to a smile that they have always wanted and deserve, and seeing them smile for the first time after they get their braces off! Every day is incredibly fun and rewarding here at John Redmond Orthodontics. In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking and if I am not at work, I am at Lasuen playing beach volleyball! I look forward to meeting you and helping you with all your orthodontic needs!
In the summer of 2018, I walked into the office with my son for his routineorthodontic visit during his second phase of braces. Six weeks later, I was hiredand joined the most terrific team! I am married to my husband Jon and we live inSan Clemente with our 3 beautiful children. Working at John RedmondOrthodontics is like walking onto the set ofCHEERS. Everyone is so friendly andwelcoming. As a former patient of Dr. Johns father back in the late 80s I feelright at home hereyou will find me facilitating Instagram/Facebook, & at thefront office as a scheduling coordinator.
I have worked for the Redmond organization since 1999. Starting as a chairside RDA I was able to learn the function of orthodontics from the leaders in the industry. Even though I may be behind the scenes now as the Financial and Insurance Coordinator at John Redmond Orthodontics, my goal is to facilitate the financial and possible insurance aspect of our patients orthodontic care. I work with insurance companies to make sure our patients are getting the most out of their benefits, answer insurance questions, and assist patients and their families with financial arrangements. I strive to help patients learn about our affordable options that allow a lifetime of confidence to our patients by improving their smile.
Hi, I am Laurie an RDA and Certified Orthodontic Assistant at John Redmond Orthodontics. I have had the pleasure of working for the Redmond team since 1988. As the clinical coordinator I am part of the back office team that will help create your new smile. I assist Dr. John with patient care and keeping our clinal area running smoothly. I love everything about my job and co-workers. The most rewarding part of my day is seeing the transformation of our patients smiles and knowing we have made a positive difference. I am proud to be part of our team that creates amazing smiles every day.
I have been an RDA at Redmond Orthodontics since 1988 and recently acquired my Orthodontic Assisting Certificate. My favorite part of working chairside with Dr. John is seeing so many happy and confident patients due to the beautiful smiles we create.
I started working for John Redmond Orthodontics in 2009. I have also become a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. This is the best career I could have ever asked for. My favorite part of working here is taking our patients before and after pictures. I love seeing how Dr. John improves so many smiles with braces and Invisalign.
I have been an RDA since 2011 and have been working with Dr. John Redmond since 2017. I primarily assist Dr. John in all facets of various orthodontic procedures learning as much as I can along the way from one of the best in the field. Aside from furthering my knowledge in this industry, my favorite part of working here is being a part of a great team that helps transform peoples smiles into something they are proud to display.
I have been working for Dr. John since 2018 as an RDA and Certified Orthodontic Assistant. I was a dental assistant for many years in a general dentistry office but was led to move to Orthodontics after I fell in love with the office and his team. My three daughters were Dr. Johns patients and during the visits to the office I quickly realized that Orthodontics was my calling. I love my job and could not ask for a better work family. My goal is to make every patient that comes into our office young or old, feel like family and to comfort them through their treatment. In my free time I enjoy baking, walking the beach trail and doing CrossFit. I look forward to many years of helping patients to health and happiness through Orthodontics.
I was raised in San Clemente and received my braces from Dr. John in middle school. Before graduating from San Clemente High School, I started working for Dr. John when I was 17 years old and have loved every minute of being here! At the office, you can usually find me taking photos or x-rays and outside of the office I am usually doing volunteer work in the community, getting coffee at a local coffee shop, or planning my next trip!

I looked up "best orthodontist" and John Redmond came up first! Believe it when you see it. I had lost my old retainer from 14 years ago ... and just so happened to stumble upon this office!! I have a bad mouth but a couple of good top teeth left. They didn't make me feel bad... actually made me feel pretty good. Measured for a new retainer and it could not have went any better!!! I highly recommend this outstanding office and I'm sure once you go, you too will see why!

I am so glad my dentist referred me to this office. The people who work here could not be nicer!! Dr. Redmond is a dream and makes the whole process enjoyable. He and his staff are honest and trustworthy and take the time to make sure you understand what's going on every step of the way. This practice is soooo kid friendly!! Mine love coming here. John Redmond Orthodontics is so professional, outgoing, amazing customer service and so much more. They provide top notch care for their patients. This office is so welcoming and friendly it makes going to the orthodontist like a breeze and enjoyable. I highly recommend this orthodontist for anyone living in the OC! We were vacationing from Michigan and my son had an issue with his braces. John Redmond Orthodontics and his staff were amazing! They got us in and repaired the wire. I was so pleased and would highly recommend them.

My daughter Zoey has been going to John Redmond Orthodontics for a year now. Their staff, assistants & Dr. Redmond are all so nice and make it a very comfortable environment. My daughter loves going to the Orthodontist. We always get in quickly and never have to wait. They are the best and I highly recommend them! It has been an overall wonderful experience for my 10 year old and she was so nervous at the beginning! Her smile is beautiful! Thank you, John Redmond Orthodontics!

Our sons permanent retainer detached shortly after our family moved across the country. Dr. Redmond's staff was able to get us an appointment for the repair the next day! I highly recommend their office and they now treat all of our kids :)

So glad this John Redmond was recommended to us for our two teenagers braces. Super friendly staff, clean office, great prices, and great with military families. We've been coming here for almost two years and only good experiences! My kids love the extra touch of a homemade cookie as they leave.

I love them! The whole gang is awesome. They are so nice and reassuring. The treatment plans are different for each individual, but they dedicate and cater to each and everyone. I just love this office and staff. Dr. John and his team rock!

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! ***update: i was finally offered a reimbursement. Yay!!! But then they email a release waiver and NDA and will only reimburse me under the condition i remove my reviews! adding unethical to my list of complaints with this ortho! Go at your own risk... knowing the positive reviews are paid/planted. ********************************************** I went to Redmond ortho a couple of times for retainer replacements in the early 2000's. They were great! I went again last November and realized it's ALL changed. I felt like i was in a used car dealership. They were HARD selling me on multiple retainers & told me my insurance would cover all but $200. I bought in to it... When i picked them up they said i owed $2,500 - that insurance doesn't cover anything. The lady who sold them to me was out on vacation... but the front desk convinced me to take them temporaries (only option) & try them. I didn't like them and told them i only want retainers that i originally went in to get... after weeks of negotiating they finally created long lasting retainers. I picked them up and they don't even fit in my mouth. Don't go to Redmond... save yourself time, money & anguish.... Go ANYWHERE else. Lol! Thanks for the response.... Could you reply to my several emails or return a phone call?! I don't want another experience at your sales shop. I want my money back. Happy to mail your broken, defective retainers back once my money is refunded! HORRIBLE experience!!!

We love Dr Redmond & all of his office staff. I highly recommend him to all my friends. My 3 kids have all gone through different process of braces which means our family has spent a lot if time in his office. He is professional, though, kind and honest. His office staff (front & back) is always so friend and very helpful. I've even a had so bunch of insurance issues and they keep working to help me get money back. They all are exceptional!!
