One of the best features of the practice of John R. Pallotta, DMD, is that its truly a family practice, and it has been for over 45 years. Dr. John Pallotta has been in private practice since 2002. He is proud to treat the adult children of patients who formerly received their dental care from his father, and he has recently started seeing the third generation of patients when those adults bring in their little ones. This is a tribute to his father, now retired.
We offer you two generations of continuity as dental healthcare providers. Our patients become like family to us. We get to know you over the years, and you get to know us. In our office, youll find a commitment to dental health and continuity of care and a comfortable, secure environment.

JoAnn has been part of our family for over 15 years she even assisted Dr. Pallottas father prior to his retirement. She assists Dr. Pallotta in all areas of dentistry, including patient care and comfort, maintaining OSHA standards, and keeping us up to date on equipment sterilization techniques.
Rogerio completed an associate degree in dental hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College in 2003 and achieved his certification in local anesthesia from Boston University in 2006. He is dedicated to educating our patients for optimum oral health and a beautiful smile, and he enjoys the family-friendly and laid-back atmosphere of our practice as well as our approach of taking the time to understand our patients needs.
Nguyet is licensed to administer local anesthesia and is an excellent technician. Additionally, she has a pleasant personality that puts many of our patients at ease. Her motto is to treat every patient with the highest standard of care and utmost respect.
Marie has been part of the John R. Pallotta, DMD, family for over 12 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in veterinary science and business from the University of New Hampshire, and she came to our office with several years of dental management experience. She is extremely helpful, and you can count on her for knowledgeable answers to your questions.

Customer service absolutely ludicrous!! Especially if you are Brazilian/American . They try to cancel my appointment twice. The actual appointment times were change 4 times between 2 visits. No respect for your time. First visit : temporary crown- terrible job. Temporary crown fell in 4 hours . Dentist assistant stated: " don't worry won't fell, just don't eat anything chewing " bs of course. He spoke with me in Portuguese. After waiting for a crown for 2 weeks.. still.. color was wrong. I was offered to exchange and wait.. They couldn't just made me aware of it over the phone before driving from RI to Ma. I refused waiting any longer , took a lighter color .. I just wanted to be out and done.Paid cash. Could not pay in any other way. Dentist spent 9 min to insert the crown and left the room. No hi, no good afternoon, zero connection. Looks like and feels like He is rushing to make as much cash as he can. That's all I can think from a dentist that doesn't spent anytime with his patients. When I called to set up my first appointment.. I was told to come in on Saturday because I am half Brazilian. "Doctor only see Brazilians on Saturday's .They simply assumed I did not have insurance or Brazilians doesn't have insurance .I let it play out. Weird business " LOL - absurd . They did not gave me an option to pay with credit card - only cash. " Nara, we only accept cash on Saturdays " Listen carefully: On Saturdays this doctor just accepts cash. $$$$$$- If you are confused about this post. Just know I have proof of all I am stating. Never going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Pallotta for years now. I can't imagine going to any other dentist, especially during the pandemic. I feel completely safe going into the office, considering they have 3 hepa filtration units that cover 750 sq. ft. I also feel comfortable because everyone that works there is fully vaccinated and wears n95 masks.

All of the staff I met were caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I did cleaning last month and a hygienist there did great. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice. I am pleased with my decision to switch dentist to John's.

I would recommend Dr. John Pallotta and his staff to anyone. I went for whitening and they were very quick and friendly. My other dentist told me that I have three new cavities and I need to fix them but Dr. Pallotta confirmed that I don't have any, and that was what I thought. He is trustworthy and professional. I would recommend Dr. John Pallotta and his staff to anyone. I went for whitening and they were very quick and friendly. Dr. John Pallotta has been my dentist since moving from California. I was concerned about finding a good dental office. Dr. Pallotta is everything you want in a dentist: professional, thorough, friendly, and caring!! His staff is amazing! The front office is friendly and provided me with a timely appointment. The back office staff, dental assistant, and hygienist are friendly, caring, concerned, and remember each patient. It is overall a great asset to the community. Four year later I'm still with Dr Pallotta, I recently had 2 crowns replaced. Not something I was looking forward to. He and his assistant were so calm and comforting that it was much easier than I anticipated. Still the best office in Lexington!

True Story- I did not go to the dentist for years because I was afraid of the pain, I had to be heavily sedated in order to have any sort of dental work. As a result my teeth needed a lot of work. Luckily for me my husband recommend his dentist and told me to make an appointment. I was skeptical at first, but after a few minutes in the dentist chair I was at ease. Dr. Pallotta and his dental team make sure you are comfortable before doing any procedure. His staff make the visit enjoyable and make you feel at ease. Whenever I have any sort of tooth pain, he makes the time to fit you in, even if he is leaving for vacation the next day.

I was referred to Dr. Pallotta by my childhood dentist (Michael Coppe) over 10 years ago. Dr. Pallotta is beyond kind, understanding, gentle, and just an all around incredible human being who deeply cares about his patients and what he does. His procedures are always painless, he can always fit you in for an emergency, and the work that he does is top notch. Even though I no longer live in the area, I drive a distance to see him as there's nobody other than him that I trust. If you've ever had a negative experience with a dentist and have any sort of fear, go see Dr. Pallotta. He'll restore your faith in dentistry.

Dr. Pallotta is experienced, thorough, patient and kind -- basically the traits I look for in a dentist. His staff is efficient and nice. He makes going to the dentist easy, not something to dread like some places. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a dentist to trust.

Dr. Pallotta and his staff are outstanding! They are warm, welcoming, non judgmental and skilled. Shortly after I began to see Dr. Pallotta I found out I was pregnant. Dr. Pallotta made sure to check his data and consult with other colleagues to give me the safest care while pregnant. He ordered special anesthesia to use for pregnant patients and took care of my necessary teeth procedures according to safest timeline with baby in mind. He always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and reasons why. Unlike other dentist, I am never anxious to attend my dentist appointments with Dr. Pallotta. I am always greeted by his friendly staff and am confident in their knowledge and care. If you need a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pallotta!

The most pleasant experience in my life ! I have a severe dental phobia -- but this visit has cured me -- totally. Dr. Pallotta and his most wonderful staff and dental assistants mad my visist incredibly relaxed -- to the point that I am actually looking forward to visiting again! Those of you out there who are terrified of a dental office visit -- trust me on this -- go see Dr. Pallotta -- you will thank me !!!

Your dentist on Saturday is not listed here. But I wanted to express my extreme disgust in the lack of hospitable customer service from the front desk/appointment taker. This business is half hospitality-- I should know, I've been in the customer service industry for all 14 years I've been in the work force. I've had people swear at me, talk to me disrespectfully, call me names, and still, I try to problem solve with them. This was the exact opposite case yesterday with my husband, who had a dentist appointment in the afternoon. An emergency had come up at work and it became increasingly apparent to him throughout the morning so, at about 10:30 AM, he called and left a message for the receptionist letting them know he wouldn't be able to make the appointment. He, by the way, was aware that he may have to pay for the appointment because I cancelled at the last minute. He called at least 3 hours before his appointment to cancel. About a half an hour, 45 minutes before his cancelled appointment, he received a call back from the receptionist. Without ANY PROMPTING, the woman began to be rude, disrespectful and down outright nasty toward my husband the minute he answered the phone. And , everyone who comes across him knows that he doesn't speak in the first place and when he does, it's very passive. She vegan the interrogation with "are you serious? You can't make this appointment? I'm at work too and so is the dentist. He's at work too." As though it was a personal affront to her business that a customer cancelled an appointment. These things happen, firstly, and SECONDLY-- EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY POINT IN TIME FOR ANY REASON. And then she just hung up on him. Who the hell does that? Who raised this woman? A pack of wolves? So now IM OFFENDED, HES OFFENDED. And I ask: is SHE SERIOUS? If you want your business to fail, because of this bad experience, I will now tell everyone that they shouldn't go there because of this ONE WOMAN who doesn't understand that that is no way to treat someone. My husband didn't call her back to yell at her but I would've. She's LUCKY she didn't do that to me. She would've gotten an ear full. I will not be treated that way and I won't let HIM be treated that way. She owes him an apology-- at minimum.

Dr Pallotta and his staff were great to me. I am from out of town and was referred to his office for an emergency. It could not have gone better. They squeezed me in immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Pallotta figured out my issue quickly and did the complete fix for me, rather than patching something together for me to have to deal with again, later. He was very clear about the choices I had to address my problem and helped me navigate my decisions. He was patient with my "nervous dental patient syndrome" (a name I made up to describe myself at the dentist) which is really important to me. The front office staff was super helpful scheduling my follow up appointment which was not easy, given my short stay in the area. Given that I had to have a dental problem while staying in the area for a week, I was very lucky that I found Dr Pallotta's office. It was a 100% positive experience for me.

John is a fantastic dentist and an all around gentleman. He does great work, and the rest of the staff is very sweet and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.
