Dr. Schmidt is originally from Oakmont, PA, near Pittsburgh. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1990 and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1995. He began his dental career in Michigan and moved to Lancaster County, PA, in 1998 where he practiced in Elizabethtown and thenEphrata for many years.
Dr. Schmidt is skilled in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, and offers restorative procedures, crown and bridge work, root canal, dental implants, full and partial dentures, as well as hygiene and periodontal maintenance. He believes it is of the utmost importance to build a personal relationship with each of his patients. His goal is to provide the highest level of dental care possible on a person to person basis.
Dr. Justin Ngo was raised in Lancaster County and is excited to be able to practice in the community he knows and loves. Upon graduating Penn Manor High School, he attended Millersville University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and also completed a minor in Biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry and then proceeded to complete a one-year General Practice Residency in Restorative Dentistry at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Ngo is excited to join the team and is inspired to give back to his local community, providing dedicated, compassionate care. His priority is to provide the most advanced dental care in a pleasant atmosphere, creating trust and building quality relationships with his patients. He is an avid participant in continuing dental education and is committed to providing the professions leading dental care procedures while utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
It is with bittersweet emotions that I announce my retirement. After 30 plus years of private practice, I am excited to move on to the next phase of life, but will miss all the wonderful relationships developed through the years.
One of those relationships has been with Dr. Schmidt. After joining forces with Dr. Schmidt last year and working with him and his team, I am very comfortable that the transition will continue to be smooth and the care excellent! John has also graciously left the door open for me in case I decide to return in the future. All of your records will be maintained at this office.
