i was incredibly impressed with the office staff, the physical office and I would never be able to explain how happy I am with the visit with Dr. Lane. I felt like I knew why I was referred and felt much more comfortable with my problems when I left. I had feared there weren't any places left that gave this kind of exemplary service and I am extremely grateful for the findings and facts of this visit.

The entire experience from the front door to check-out was wonderful! Dr. Lane and his staff are very friendly, warm and caring. Dr. Lane was also very thorough and thoughtful as he explained my treatment plan. In addition, if you are Covid conscience this is the place to go for dental care.

Dr. Lane is unquestionably the best medical professional I have ever encountered!. When I say ever, I mean it! He is thoughtful, friendly, caring, engaging and of course extremely knowledgeable. Having any type dentistry performed sends my anxieties through the roof. My experience with he and his staff was just the opposite. I left in a better mood than I came in with. I highly recommend him!

Sticker shock!!! I would have given a 5 star rating if I wasn't so shocked at the price of my first office visit of almost $400!!!!!!! I have BCBS insurance and should have been told in advance that my first visit would have been that expensive. I wasn't told that this was an "out of network" doctor until AFTER the consult, exam and x rays. My experience going in and throughout the entire visit was awesome and Dr. Lane was above and beyond AWESOME. I would highly recommend him. I would however like to see that the front desk staff let new patients know if they are out of network and give people an estimate of how much they can expect to pay for their visit. I so wish I could have given a 5 star rating but the price of the first visit left me extremely disappointed.

Dr. Lane and his staff were awesome! I was greeted so well on the phone, and in person, by the young ladies at the desk. This set the tone for the rest of the visit. Dr. Lane was just as friendly, informative, and understanding. He gave excellent advice concerning my upcoming procedure, and was very straightforward about it all. Love this place! I had to have a gum graft and Dr. Lane was amazing! He told me that I would only need a couple days of pain pills and I just kept thinking there's no way because they took a graft from the back of my mouth and put in on my front teeth but he was right! Him and his whole staff made the whole process easy. His staff is extremely nice and welcoming! I recommend him to anyone that needs dental work done!

Everything, literally, about my experience from start to finish has been excellent! Dr. Lane is a true exceptional professional; always on time with appointments, excellent communication and taking initiative on follow up. His office staff is expedient, kind, and always treated me like I was their only patient even though it is a very busy office. Dr. Lane did gum grafts for me as well as the removal of tooth and bone, bone graftings, insertion of post and ct scans to make sure each step of the way was working well. In this ten-month process, I have never had even one disappointment. He called me at home to check on me after the bone grafts, gum grafts, and post insertion. His collaboration with my dentist, who will finish the crown work, is seamless. He is always kind, not just to me, but he frequently thanks his staff for their assistance. I highly recommend Dr. Lane for any periodontal work and I was so glad I was referred to him.

Dr. Lane was wonderful. He explained everything to me so well and was so kind. I'd recommend him to anyone. I think he is an exceptional periodontist and this is coming from a hygienist. He'll be the first person I recommend to my patients in private practice.
