I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I feel I have to warn people about this office. My impression is that it functions like a factory, trying to get patients in and out as fast as possible, without giving them the attention they need. Issues: 1)The front desk staff seemed rushed and stressed out, both when I called and when I was there. 2) Possibly due to the rush, I was quoted much lower prices by phone (for both an exam and a filling) than the prices they gave me when I was there. $300 for one cavity, by the way. 3) They misdiagnosed both issues I was having with my teeth. I said I was having pain in one tooth/area, and the doctor said everything was fine with no visible problems. I went to another dentist who found a crack in that area, which she showed me on a monitor. The doctor at Dr. Chaves' office also said I had a cavity in another tooth, but the second dentist said that was also a mistake (it was an indentation, not a cavity). I will not be going back to this office based on my experience.

What a wonderful place. They make you feel like family. They are like the old fashion dentist ,but knows all the new things. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I love this office SO much. The staff and Dr Chavez are all so great, the most positive, friendly and compassionate. I honestly can't say I've ever had a good time at the dentist, but the people here make it so enjoyable, I truly don't mind coming to the dentist at all.. and even kind of look forward to it. I hated my teeth / I had calcium marks on my top two front teeth, a lot of patch work bonding / and a tooth that never fully grew in (a peg lateral) and they helped me get through Invisalign to straighten out my teeth, and then veneers to make them all smooth and even. I honestly haven't liked my teeth in YEARS... and now in love them and the process was sooo easy to go through with this team of people. See BEFORE & AFTER

I really like John he is very good at talking to you and telling you what is best for you and why you should have it done and makes you feel good about how you can feel better about your self and just know that you are doing the right thing

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Dr Chaves and Dr Dautremont to anyone!! A special thank you for Dr Dautremont who did a fantastic job replacing two of my veneers they look perfect!

Love Dr. Chavez. He always does an amazing job. I get so many compliments on my nice smile. I've been going to him so many years. I've tried other dentist many years ago and ended regretting it, so I went back to Dr. Chavez and been with him ever since.

My wife and I have gone here for over 10 years. While the dentistry work has been solid, there were too many billing and up charge issues we personally experienced so we are switching dentists.

I love Doctor Deutramont & have been with him for over 35 years. He always has a smile on his face, always conscientious of my feelings whether I'm nervous, scared, or if I feel any pain. The Staff is always wonderful, kind, patient, and polite.

Mixed bag in that I loved the new female associate/dentist who did a smashing job on my chip. However, Dr Chaves tried to sell me Invisalign after I already had braces and suggested I was not wearing my retainer when I said I was. I go to an orthodontist for that side of things, and felt it was an oversell attempt and made me uncomfortable.

I cannot say enough good things. The team at Dr. Chaves is truly like family. They don't judge when we don't take care of our teeth and are always there when we need help. I most recently have had extractions and work done and every single step of the process is perfection - from Liza, Dana, Starlet, Dr. Nina, Irene and Dr. Chaves - how lucky I am to have found this practice. They have our entire family for life!
