It was my first experience with this dentist. I needed a tooth extracted because I lost a crown. I also have TMJ. The staff and the doc were so friendly and accommodating, and put me at ease right away. Thankful I found someone I feel comfortable going to again.

Great people and great service! I dont know the blonde ladies name that assisted dr Lowe but she was awesome! And so was Dr. Lowe! Would highly recommend them!

Great dentist and hygienists! I cannot say enough good things about them. I have some work that needs to be done. And, instead of going straight to extraction, they offered me options. I appreciate that very much! It shows that they truly care about their patients. They were kind, thorough, and extremely gentle. And they are extremely big on sanitizing things, which I truly appreciate during this pandemic. I give this place five stars. (I'd give them more if allowed to). I highly recommend! What are you waiting for? Make that appointment!

BEWARE! As a first time patient, I wanted a general cleaning and scheduled an appt. They said would retrieve my records from my former dentist. When I arrived, they stated the dentist wanted a "Intraoral Full Mouth Images". I have NEVER had that done in all my life and I questioned it. If they had my records from my former dentist, they would know I wouldn't need full mouth images. I told them I did not want to pay anything over what insurance would pay. They told me they called my insurance and I was 100% covered. I still kept questioning during the procedure why they needed all those images when I've only had 3 cavities all my life. They continued. Finally, the dentist came in, looked in my mouth and told the technician to stop the imaging as I didn't need it after all. The dentist literally spent less than two minutes with me. I was charged for a "Comprehensive Oral Evaluation" for $88, a $168 for the Intraoral Full Mouth Images and $92 for Prophylaxis-adult. I received a bill today for a balance due of $189 that the insurance company did not cover. They charged me for a procedure I kept questioning that I didn't want or need. I have never paid for a general cleaning or x-rays in all the years I've been going to a dentist. Please know, too the office equipment was poor. The hygienist did not even have the normal bright light overhead to be able to see her work. She had to wear a headlamp to do the cleaning. They couldn't even get their light to work. She spent very little time cleaning as she couldn't see. Please beware as this a practice that is unethical and only out for one thing and that is money. They charge for things that are unnecessary. I always pay my obligations but I will not be paying the balance due on this invoice. They can feel free to turn it over to collections.

Very friendly and professional staff!! My procedure was painless and Dr Lowe made sure I was doing okay during the work . Going to the Dentist can be stressful, but they make it a good experience!! I would highly recommend Frankton Family Dentistry!!

9000$ for a not finished job, they ground my lower set off teeth so bad I had to go elsewhere and get new ones. Get it in writing before you have them do any work, it was supposed to brandnew uppers and lowers for a certain price not at all what I recieved

Beware of this place they will flat out lie to you for example my wife went to an appointment and they said she didn't have an appointment, we had a card with it on it and yet they said we didn't, Later we found out they were behind some how and instead of just telling us that they just said we didn't have an appointment. Example 2 We took granddaughter to have a tooth fixed and just days later part of filling came out. We have made 4 calls since the middle of December and they yet have called us back.
