True Service with Smiles! My prior root canal failed recently, causing me tons of excruciating pain. I called Dr. Watstein's office and was able to get an "emergency" appointment. I was provided warm, compassionate care which I found to be consistent throughout his practice.

Dr. Watstein is fantastic. I've been going to him for many, many years now. He is thoughtful, caring, detail-oriented, and has the best staff I've ever had the experience to visit. They feel like visiting family.

The doctor made me so comfortable and that made me so relaxed because I am always so nervous to go to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Watstein . He is so patient and thoroughly knowledgable. I've visited Dr Watstein quite a few times now and my experiences have been NOTHING but great! He's honest and straightforward and he and his people REALLY put me at ease! AND - btw- I HATE DENTISTS as a rule! But I've found his people to be superb and he is a caring very decent and very honest fellow! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I scheduled an apt for a cleaning. When Dr. Watstein arrived he asked me what are you here for today. I told him I'm getting a cleaning. His next words were "I thought you're getting fillings done. I'm looking at a chart from 2009". I told him not today but I will soon. Dr. Watstein then tells me "I'm not doing a cleaning. There's no point for you to be here. I care about the health of your teeth. I'm not doing that and someone will not return for another 5 years." EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME! First of all, my last visit was in 2011. Dr. Watstein didn't even bother to offer to give me an up to date exam to check to make sure if anything has changed with my teeth. He's going by an old chart and God only knows how he's diagnosing previous patients. No one is going to dictate to me as a patient what, how and when I'm going to get a service done. Dr. Watstein left a very foul taste in my mouth and I stormed out of that damn office in a heartbeat.
