At the age of 13, Dr. Tumminia and his family relocated to Boca Raton from Long Island, NY. He earned his D.M.D. from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in 2002. Dr. Tumminia has been in private practice at Begnoche, Tumminia and Klein Dental, P.A. since his graduation and also works for the Palm Beach County Health Department. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and South Palm Beach County Dental Association. Dr. Tumminia is a board member of the Atlantic coast Dental Research Clinic which provides continuing education to fellow practitioners, and he volunteers monthly at the Caridad Health Clinic which provides free dental care to uninsured and poor working families.
Dr. Tumminia is dedicated to providing the best possible care for his patients while keeping their concerns a top priority. He continually enrolls in advanced dental education classes which he feels is one of the most important aspects of providing excellent patient care.
Dr. Begnoche is a Florida native. He was born in Melbourne, FL and moved to Boynton Beach at the age of one. Besides his amazing children, Brooke and Brad, he considers his dental practice to be his greatest accomplishment.
As a dentist, his goal has always been to make his patients feel comfortable, confident, safe and well taken care of. He accomplishes this by listening, pursuing continuing education, and staying up with the latest techniques, materials, and equipment which allows him to help his patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.
Dr. Begnoche earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1996. He graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He is a past president of the South Palm Beach County Dental Association, which includes over 300 dentist members from Lantana to Boca Raton. He is also a member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, International Team for Implantology and Spear Study Club.

Dr Tumminia gave me my smile back after losing a front tooth. He is amazing! The office staff is professional and really nice. The dental assistants are exceptional. The hygienest is a pro Lucky to have found this office. Recommend!

If I could give Dr Tumminia & his staff 10 stars I would. Going to the dentist has always been a dreadful experience until I came here. He is the kindest, most gentle, polite dentist that probably exists all around & Dawn his receptionist is one of the sweetest women I've ever encountered. They actually care about you which is tough to find these days. I'd never go anywhere else or refer anyone elsewhere. I am eternally grateful for the two of them. Thanks a million!! 10/10 would recommend.

We love Dr. John Tumminia. He and his staff are wonderful. They recently squeezed us in in order for Dr. Tumminia to look at something troubling that appeared on my 9 year old daughter's gum line. Dr. Tumminia was kind and offered a very easy solution knowing my daughter is not an easy patient. Thank you again!

I went into Dr. Tumminia for a consultation to get Invisalign, knowing I am going away to school in Ohio until November. The process went very smoothly and did not take long at all. Dr. Tumminia and his staff knew what they were doing and were very assuring. He is willing to give me all the trays that I will need in order to stay on top of seeing results, which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you need flexibility and a reliable doctor.

Dr. Tumminia removed all prior horrendous experiences with other dentists. Communicates to me for my benefit about my teeth. Great hands and a knowledge of dentistry that he imparts easily and readily. Directly answered all of my questions without hesitation and presented me with choices before he proceeded with my choice.
