I'm not commenting on every hygienist here, but I left because I no longer trusted this office. One hygienist had me hold my mouth wide open for 40 minutes as she struggled to find the right parts for a filling. She blamed me constantly for her lack of skills as she pulled globs of filling goop on my tooth. I had to come back because it was so uneven.One of my other teeth have been chipped here and this office missed two cavities. I'm not saying all but some of these hygienists have had very poor training. This office doesn't have very good quality equipment as far as xrays. I was supposed to have a crown put on here but looked else where. I've found a much better dentist and the office has much higher quality equipment. They were the onse who found the chipped tooth. It was after an appointment here where I noticed the difference in that tooth. I feel these people are drill happy and I have paid way too much for such poor quality.

Just had my new bridge put in Monday. I couldn't be more satisfied. Doc & his staff are outstanding. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a local dentist.

Dr. Havlick has been my dentist for 20+ years. I've do not ever remember having to wait, I'm in and out when I go there. The staff is excellent, nice , friendly and helpful. One Saturday morning I woke up with an infected tooth , knowing the office was closed I called anyway and Dr. Havlick was there and called in antibiotics to my pharmacy. Dr. Havlick is an awsome dentist.

I've been going to Dr.Havlicj for well over 30 years. He's always been the best to me. All the hygienists are very professional. I always have a good experience, no matter what I'm having done. They are very THE BEST..

Dr. Havlicks friendly and caring demeanor put my anxiety at ease. He not only listened to my concerns but took into consideration that I have had a few bad experiences with other dentists, he listened attentively and took the extra time to make sure that I was fully numbed. Making my experience as painless as possible. I'm very grateful for him and his staff. Would recommend and will be returning.

I considered leaving this office when I was told the Dr. talked about his married gf all throughout the office. I considered leaving when his office manager left. I considered leaving when he had a whole new staff. What finally hit the nail in the coffin was his new front desk staff being so unprofessional and rude and being billed for the wrong tooth. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and the ADA. Sad to see this place go so downhill.

My kids and I have seen Dr. Havlick for a year after switching dentists when we moved. Dori always is wonderful for our cleanings! They are always able to get me in on short notice if I need to be seen quickly. Yesterday morning, I woke up with a toothache and they fit me in right away!

I've been going to this office for years and really appreciate them. Very friendly and professional staff. The doctor made me feel comfortable and takes his time to make sure the procedures are painless. Nice atmosphere and clean!

Dr. Havlick has been my dentist since my move to Valpo. Thirty-three years, one husband and two children later... my family and I still turn to him for our dental care needs. He and his office staff have taken such great care of us throughout the years that I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. I appreciate the care and attention provided. May 26, 2020 Called and Dr. Havlick and his team got me in immediately! They replaced my broken temporary quickly and painlessly. Looking forward to getting my permanent cap in the coming weeks. Thanks for saving the day.

With excruciating pain in 2 teeth, Dr.Havlick was able to see me immediately and remedy my temporary problem. After 2 visits, we now have a plan in place to ensure that my problems dont happen again... He has an Excellent staff and I highly recommend him.....Danny F. Gurgon Portage, IN
