Aside from a handful of staff, this orthodontist office is awful. The billing manager is rude and has an attitude. Staff are unprofessional aside from the receptionist and new hires. Highly would not recommend.

I'm currently 17 years old and I ve been with Dr. Jones since I was 13! He has perfected my teeth in my opinion and has made my orthodontic experience wonderful! I'm so incredibly happy with my results that I ve gotten from Dr. Jones :) He's so nice and always asks about my running and makes my doctor s visits enjoyable and personal. I recommend Jones Orthodontics 100%! :)

I have been a patient with Dr Jones now for a few years. My treatment has taken a little longer because of an illness. Dr Jones helped make my experience great. He helped provide a smooth transition to get back on schedule and really helped me understand the whole process. His staff is very courteous. Dr Jones has been great with fitting me in, when my schedule is crazy. My schedule is very challenging , and I have had to move appointments around. I have felt very comfortable in the office and would highly recommend his services. I was very hesitant about getting braces at this point in my life. Dr Jones has changed my life through my smile/ appearance and my confidence. He services has made a world of difference in my life.

Both of my daughters have gone to Dr Jones for their braces. He is polite, and professional, and has a wonderful full staff. Dr. Jones has a convenient location and hours. We absolutely love going to him..not to mention my daughters both now have amazing smiles! I would recommend him over and over again to anyone needing an Orthodontic. On a scale of 1-10 his practice is definitely off the charts! 5star! Cheryl
