Hi, my name is Dr. Connie Onik and have been a dentist for over 18 years and have been a proud resident of Frankfort for more than 15 years. I grew up in Chicago and attended Mother Guerin High School in River Grove, attended Washington University in St. Louis, and Southern Illinois University for dental school. I previously owned a dental practice in Palos Heights for several years. My husband, Jeff, is also a dentist. He practices at our office in Naperville and will be involved at the Frankfort location to some degree as well. Together, we have 3 boys, Jacob, Nicholas, and Lucas. Our family stays involved in Frankfort and Lincoln-Way area events, as well as athletics which includes Falcons football, Warriors basketball, and Frankfort baseball.
Dr. Reilly attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and his Bachelor of Science from Loyola University of Chicago. He has spent 37 years as a Dentist, and started his own practice 24 years ago.
Growing up, he found that going to the Dentist was not a pleasant experience. He decided he could do much better, and now strives every day to put his patients at ease, and make them feel comfortable whenever they visit his office.
He truly enjoys helping his patients have a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. Most days he sees patients that he has known for many years, and takes pride knowing that he can help them keep their teeth their entire life.
Dr. Reilly provides the highest quality of dental care so our patients can attain Optimal Oral Health based on their individual needs. He wants to help his patients keep their teeth for a lifetime in Comfort, Function and Esthetics.
He has been married to his wife Diane for 38 years, who also helps out in his office. They have three wonderful children. Erin is the oldest and she is an Otolaryngologist. Michael is their middle child and he works as a pricing analyst. Mary is the youngest and she just achieved her Doctorate in Pharmacy. He is so very proud of each of his children.
He is a past president of the Frankfort Park District, Frankfort Lions Club, and Frankfort Girls Softball. Hes also a current member of the DuPage Dental Study Club and the Spear Study Club. In his free time, he tries to golf, travels, and spends time with his family.
Joanne has an A.A. Degree, and has received most of her training on the job and through continuing education courses. She has 24 years of experience, all at John J Reilly, DDS. Joanne was originally a patient of Dr. Reillys for about 10 years, when he offered her a front desk position. Her positive experiences and quality treatment as a patient made it easy to accept. She is very proud of the level of quality dentistry, ethics, and overall personal investment in the office.
Along with excellent dental care, it is important to Joanne that each patient knows that they will be walking into a welcoming, safe environment. She enjoys getting to know the patients, being friendly and open, and helping to make their visit a more pleasant experience from entrance to exit.
Jackie has a Bachelors of Science from EIU, and trained to be an RDH at Prairie State College. She has spent 15 years as an RDH, and enjoys educating patients and watching their health improve. She loves to be outside hiking and biking with her 2 children, who are 9 and 11.
Joy has over 30 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Over the years she has received various training and certifications, and has even assisted US Naval Bases. She feels that the variety that comes with dental assisting keeps her profession exciting and interesting.
We accept new patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to meet with our team and get to know Dr. Connie Onik. We are committed to educating you about your dental needs and will answer any questions you may have concerning your treatment.
