My experience was amazing. Loved the staff and Dr. Beninato. He personally called me himself later the same day of surgery. The insurance coordinator was very informative as well as far as Expected out of pocket fees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Oh my gosh what can I say? They literally were so so sweet to me and my fiance. They took great care of me. I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction X-ray at first and they was so comforting and was able to get it all done in one day. Ugh they literally were the best.

Reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the dentist and his nurse were so nice, however the reason for such a low score is due to the front desk staff as well as the insurance coordinator!!! They made my whole experience terrible. The insurance coordinator didn't do her job and check my insurance benefits and wanted to debate the fact that I do have coverage, They made me pay for my visit out of pocket then billed my insurance and was paid twice, they then refused to apply the money I had already paid out of pocket to my next procedure until the paper check arrived from my insurance even though my insurance stated that they had already issued the payment. I offered to bring my claims EOB. The way that office treated me is the whole reason people do not get their health taken care of!!!! And as far as the insurance coordinator who kept wanting me to feel sorry for her that she had to miss her lunch to check my insurance benefits because she refused to do it upon arrival and check in. When I called her out on it she blamed the front desk ladies that it was their fault she wasn't given my insurance info to check so sh had to miss her lunch because of them. Way to not take responsibility and blame others for lacking in doing your job. To me the front desk is lacking in consumer service.. the insurance biller needs retrained on how insurance billing works. She needs fired!

I am very afraid of having any procedure done in my mouth. Yesterday I went to this office to have my front tooth surgically removed, I'm preparing for bridge work. First the nurse Liz rubbed my arm and did everything to reassure me. Second I didn't have enough money for the laughing gas but they did that for free. And the Dr was very reassuring and it was a very comfortable experience. Last night around 7 the Dr himself called to check on me. I just can't say enough about my satisfaction of going to the office.I'm a little sore but no pain!

No, no & no. Rude and incompetent Dr. Refused to talk to me after surgery. I spent the next 6 weeks digging bone fragments from my gum. This was from a ridge that was shattered & now has to be rebuilt using bone grafting. They call it "twilight" sedation for a reason and their are some of us that are cognizant & remember the events. Google won't let me give 0 stars.

If you experience tooth sensitivity or consider yourself a hypersensitive case, then read this. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I was told to return for a check up. Here's where I disagreed during my follow up visit. Beninato poked the inside of the holes or cavities with a metal utensil without warning and without anesthesia. Then asked if I felt anything. How do you think that made me feel? You've been warned about this primitive technique. Thanks for reading. You get one star today.

Worst place ever. The ladies are nice but Dr. Beninato is the rudest person I have ever met. He's horrible and he doesn't care if your in pain or not. After the way he spoke to me ( 18 year old) I'm scared for how he speaks to elderly people. You think you'd be sweet to your patients seeing as we are how you make your money. Your a grown man. You shouldn't speak to any person the way you spoke to me. And on top of that if they over charge you they won't tell you they will keep the money as "credit".

Every single time I've had an emergency toothache that needed extraction (I inherited very weak teeth and have tried and fought a hard but losing battle to save my teeth) Dr. Beninato's office have always made a way to squeeze me in and save me from more sleepless nights. I am truly forever grateful to not only Dr. Beninato, but his awesome staff that actually care about people

First time coming here and I could not have been in better care. I wanted to cry out of gratitude of how sweet and caring they were to me personally. Very attentive throughout the whole tooth extraction procedure. Made sure i needed for nothing. I even got a gift bag for just coming to their office. I had a very bad tooth in my mouth and once he started the process of getting it out it took all of two minutes. They are all angels. Liz the surgical assistant was just amazing throughout my entire time there. I cannot thank you all enough.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a mixed experience. Dr. Beninato himself doesn't really have good bedside manners. When he was putting an IV (I assume) in my hand before the surgery and I had my laughing gas mask on, he didn't tell me what he was doing or why. Just clench my fist and un-clench it and then -bam- needle in my hand. He also did not explain what he was doing on my first follow up or why. However, the rest of the staff I interacted with were amazing and took great care of me and addressed my concerns throughout the week. I'd give them 5 stars alone if I could.

I was in some bad pain! And I am a chicken when it comes to getting teeth pulled but when I tell you dr.b and his staff are amazing! And they got me in the next day! Amazing! And never felt a thing I was scared of having to go in alone but Liz one of his great assistants stayed by my side! I never felt alone!

I've never had such an amazing and pleasant experience from a visit to a Dentist, prior to this. Very lovely staff and a wonderful Dentist. I was a little anxious as I realized I needed oral surgery, and though I've had many surgeries, oral surgery isn't on my tolerable list of remaining anxiety free. I am blown away at how well this office addressed my concerns, attended to my individual needs, and exceeded my expectations. What a lovely experience I had here. I would highly recommend. Also, thank you Liz for being available to answer all my after care questions. She is wonderful.

Dr. Beninato was AWESOME & so friendly. Mrs. Lisa, Mrs. Kathy & Mrs. Liz was very helpful & made me feel very comfortable while getting my wisdom teeth removed. Mrs. Lisa went to the extreme to communicate with my Orthodontist to let them know everything that was going on. Mrs. Lisa is AWESOME & has very great customer service skills she always answers my questions & concerns. Mrs. Lisa is always so friendly and smiling while at the front desk that means a lot when you walk into a business. AWSOME staff caring, kind, & professional.

You would think they would have taught him about trigeminal neuralgia. I went several years in tormenting suicidal pain and lost four or five teeth and he never had a clue.
