I went there from co worker referral but my experience was a nightmare . Since it was my first dental visit with my insurance I ask all question pertaining payment and I was promised a call to give me what I'm supposed to upfront and nobody I finally called and was given the amount to pay nothing was. mentioned about partial work or payment. So I was trying to ask question the so called dr accused me to be respectful. And use an curse word. It was really a big turn off for to do business with such unprofessional kind of approach.

Wonderful dentistry practice. Always professional and polite. Never pushy to sell more products or procedures. Dr. Knight is very pleasant. No music this time. Disappoint. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. I will return.

I highly recommend Dr. Knight and team. I broke a tooth and they got me in for a repair promptly. I might add I am terrified of dental work and felt no pain!!!

I've been going to them for years and they always exceed there expectations. They are very polite and engage in conversation with you. So, you can be relaxed during the dental cleaning process.

I can't say enough positive things about from the first time I picked up the phone and talked to the ladies at the front desk to being treated by Dr. knight and his staff. I was in excruciating pain the day I spoke to them. I put a post on Facebook asking for recommendations for a good dentist that was great and would work with someone without insurance. Dr. Knight was recommended 8 out of 10. From the time I walked In there practice they explained their in house insurance that they offered. Being that I had to have a lot more work done they recommended that I go with delta dental for a better insurance for my needs. I had an emergency to get in during this pandemic and he was the one that got me in and did an amazing job. Not only did they throughly explain every thing he was going to have to do step by step they also took every precautionary measure with the Covid-19. His assistants were just as compassionate as he was. Not only did I like him for his gentle touch but also for his amazing sense of humor. If anyone is nervous about dentists I highly recommended giving Dr. Knight and his staff a chance. I would rate them 10 if there was such. I had some extensive work done and was very anxious the day of and they did nothing but make me comfortable and afterwards I should have been in pain but I was just a little uncomfortable to say the least. Thanks to your office for taking me in to take care of my dental needs!

I would firmly recommend that you talk to the staff first before any procedure/service is done coz they'll send you a bill whatever the cost that your insurance doesn't cover. An issue like this should be discuss with any patient first!!! Ms.Lisa (one of the staff) told me that they can't keep up with every patient. The proper work flow should be you run the insurance first and see what other options are. It's a two way street!

I can not say enough good things about this office! From the front staff, to the technicians to Dr. Knight himself. Having a very bad experience previously at another office, I had not been to the dentist in years. I went for a cleaning and dr. knight and the tehcnician were both WONDERFUL!! She was gentle, and very concious of my anxieties regarding the dentist. I had to go back and get a fill and dr. knight and his assistant were also VERY wonderful! Professional, courteous, and again, took light to my anxieties.

worst experience and nightmare you could imagine! Root canals not done properly and needed to redone by an endodontist. 3 crowns led to 3 extractions and tooth implants.

Excellant care from the time you enter the practice door to the end of your visit. And if needed after hours. Professional staff. And they care about your overall health. Schedule with a smile.

Unless you want mediocre dentistry at an outrageous price don't go to John Knight! After he destroyed my smile he abandon me. It's all about the money there. Dr. Bellavance at the Spring Creek office was super!
