Dr. Brown was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. He attended Lynbrook High School in San Jose and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He continued on to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and has been practicing General Dentistry in Cupertino for his entire career.
Dr. Brown has over thirty years experience practicing general and cosmetic dentistry and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He is an active member of the Santa Clara County Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Brown is committed to excellence in the dentistry he provides his patients.
Dr. Yi-An Chiangreceived her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. Prior to attending dental school, she completed a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Chiang believes in the principles and practices of conservative and comprehensive dentistry. She takes apersonalized approach to dental medicine, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the oral health needs as well as the cosmetic expectations of each patient in a sustainable manner. She is passionate about her profession. She stays up to date with the latest technologies and strives to only bring the best of everything to her patients. Her goal is not only to improve the oral health, but also the overall health of her patients.

Been visiting this dentist for over a decade. Super professional and pleasant to work with. Office has several stations, and usually each chair has a patient. I never recall an upsell for something I didn't need. Provides floss and a brush at the end of a cleaning.

I can't speak highly enough about the team at John H Brown DDS. I was in Cupertino for business and needed emergency attention. I called John H Brown DDS to see if I could get in for some relatively minor work. Cindy in the office was exceptionally friendly and got me in right away, even though I am not a patient. Both Dina, the hygienist and Dr. Brown were kind, attentive and thorough in their care. I've had a lot of dental complications and work done and I am usually anxious about meeting new dentists because of embarrassment and fear. My anxiety subsided immediately because of their team's kindness. They went above and beyond what needed to be done and took the time to write out notes about their work to my primary dentist. I was especially impressed because I am not a patient and given that it was minor work, they could have rushed me through. They are clearly passionate about their work and care about the people who come into their office. If I lived in Cupertino, I'd make Dr. Brown my dentist!
