Both Dr Planzos and Dr Graziano are awesome! I hav been taking my daughter and granddaughter to the office for years! Always accommodates me, answers questions and the kids love them!

The office staff are extremely accommodating which is most helpful when you're juggling your children's hectic schedules. They provide late hours for working parents such as me. When my son's brace loosened twice throughout his entire process, Dr Planzos always made herself available and opened the office even when the office was closed or waited for him despite her office hours ending for that day. She is very caring and empathetic and never wants your child to stay with a broken brace any longer than necessary. The type of products used are superior quality as my son never suffered from sores or gum irritation as you hear children's horror stories regarding braces in general. I know he eats sticky candy frequently despite having braces but his braces are very durable and withstand it. We are so grateful we chose this practice and I encourage you to choose it too because you will not find a more passionate and friendly office to make your orthodontic process as painless and effortless as possible!

I've been coming to see Dr. Planzos and Dr. Graziano for 1.5 years now. Since my first visit they've always been very nice. Every appointment I feel so welcomed by the warm & friendly environment created by each and every staff member. This is especially important for me, being that I'm a young black woman I don't always get this genuine treatment. Not only is their office always clean, it's newly renovated & up-to-date, which is cool. Since I'm a graduate student my schedule can get pretty hectic, but they're always willinging to accomodate me whenever I need it. They honestly provide the best service so I would recommend them to everyone!

Honestly one of the best experiences that made me even want to come back and see how I can work on my teeth even more and make my smile even more beautiful than it already is One of the most cleanest offices that I've seen in a very long time in any type of waiting room I've been in no offense other offices but come and take a couple of notes on how to keep an office waiting area The staff and Dr. Melena made me a have a bit of faith; Especially after dealing with the rude and unenthusiastic staff that made me feel rushed......oh my gosh just thank you and keep up the amazing service and work that you guys provide

I can't recommend Impressive Orthodontics enough! I just recently finished my session of Invisalign with Dr. Planzos and couldn't be happier with the results! She's an amazing doctor who listens and cares about the results of her patients. She always answered all of the questions that I had in detail and was extremely patient with me. She talked me through my progress at each visit and explained the movement of my teeth thoroughly so that I could understand exactly what was going on. Her and her staff were extremely friendly and attentive at each visit. I have a very busy schedule and could only come to the office in the morning on my way to work and they were always very accommodating. The facility is state of the art and so clean, modern and beautiful. There's no question that I would recommend Impressive Orthodontics to anyone in need of any orthodontic work in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Impressive Orthodontics. Dr. Planzos is friendly, informative, kind and gentle. Her staff is always cheerful and smiling. Myself and my 3 children have been seeing Dr. Planzos for palatal expanders, braces and Invisalign. She is an expert on all of them! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great orthodontic experience!

I've spent just over 2 years receiving orthodontic treatment for severe crowding and I couldn't be happier with the results now that my braces are off. The entire staff both new and old are the epitome of professional while also making you feel welcomed each and every visit.
