Dr. John Kostides was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. He is a graduate of Merrillville High School class of 1982, a 1986 graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington) and a 1990 graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Kostides is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Association, and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Kostides served on the Indiana State Board of Dentistry 2001-2007. Dr. Kostides, along with his wife Eva of 29 years (and counting) are raising three beautiful daughters. Being surrounded by family and friends is what they enjoy. Cooking on weekends is Dr. Kostides idea of relaxation. Getting away with his buddies for fishing. . . priceless. Whenever the opportunity arises to go fishing hes there!
