I received my Dental training at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, graduating with Honors in 1997. For my undergraduate schooling I attended the University of Lethbridge, Brigham Young University and Oregon State University. I have been in private practice at my office in Tempe, AZ since 1997. My wife and I have 3 wonderful daughters.
I know that too often these days our healthcare experiences lack personal, individualized attention. No one wants to be just the next patient in line. My team and I strive to give the personalized attention and care that we would want for ourselves. I place great emphasis on quality, honesty and integrity as the foundation for my dental practice. I feel it is important that my Team and I constantly strive to make our patients more comfortable and relaxed throughout their dental experience.
When you call or come in to our office Debbie is likely one of the first people you will meet at the front desk. She handles everything from reception and scheduling to insurance and financial arrangements. Debbie has worked in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and as Office Manager in both General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry. She has been at this office since 1997 with Dr. Fletcher. Debbie has two daughters and four grand children. Spoiling her grandchildren is one of her favorite activities. She also loves outdoor sports, reading, and movies.
Nancy is one of the first people you will meet at the front desk or on the phone at our office. She handles reception and scheduling as well as helping with treatment planning, insurance and financial arrangements. Nancy has worked as a dental assistant since 1995 and has worked in both General and Periodontal offices over the years. She has worked with Dr. Fletcher since 1999. Nancy loves anything to do with creativity, travel and physical fitness.
Working as a Dental Hygienist has always been a dream of Kristens and she loves her work. She has worked in the Dental field since 1985, first as a Dental Assistant. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist with Honors from Phoenix College and has a license in Dental Anesthesia. Kristen is always very dedicated to continued education in her profession. She has worked with Dr. Fletchers office since 1997. Originally from Colorado (still a devoted Denver Broncos fan), Kristen and her husband have two adult children. Reading is one of her favorite things to do. Kristen loves her work and feels the one on one time with our patients is the most rewarding part of her job.
Jamie graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2014 with a degree in Dental Assisting. Originally from Illinois, she and her family moved to Arizona in 2021. Jamie enjoys anything fitness related and, along with her husband, loves spending time with their daughter, going to the gym, and trips on their Harley.
Maddy was born and raised in Iowa where she studied at Kirkwood Community college and graduated as a dental assistant in 2015. Teeth have always interested her as well as helping people maintain their smiles. She strives to make the dental office a place where patients feel safe and comfortable. In her free time she enjoys staying active with lifting, hiking, traveling and walking her dog.

Always on time, pleasant and friendly. If a crown is needed it can be done in office the same day. No having to return another day.

From walking in the door to getting a new crown the experience was excellent. Great office staff and Dr. Fletcher is the best. He could not be nicer and great final product. Assistant was very nice as well and worked well as a team. Great experience.

April 20-2022-First appointment-new patient- From Nancy's warm, smiling greeting, to Debbie's smiling composure while making our appointments, to Maddy's warm smiling blue eyes and great listening skills, to Dr. Fletcher himself, an awesome listener with excellent communication skills, trustworthy, comfortable with, easy to talk to -the new patient visit my husband and I had this morning was a treat. THANK YOU ALL for making us feel important and cared for. May 1st, 2022--My fist cleaning with Kristen was a pleasant surprise-meticulous and dedicated to her work, a great listener, pleasant personality.

My Wife and I have been going to Dr. Fletcher for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone there is always friendly and courteous. There work has always been outstanding, never any issues or complaints. I would highly recommend then to any and all who need dental work done.

It was a great pleasure for my husband, daughter and I to see doctor Fletcher and his team. They are very professional and always making sure that you feel welcome. Usually going to the dentist is not a very pleasant situation, but we can assure you that with doctor Fletcher, Nancy and Debby the feeling is totally different. They are the best! They are kind and patient, and always take the time to know you a little more. We recommend this team to everyone!

We've been going to Dr. John Fletcher since 2001! He's an excellent dentist & gentle. His hygienist is also fantastic! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Going to the Dentist isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, BUT it can be pleasant experience with Dr Fletcher's office. We highly recommend Dr Fletcher!
