Dr. Young is a member of the Tri-County Dental Study Club, Chattanooga Area Dental Society and the American Dental Association where he stays up-to-date on all the latest advancements in the field of dentistry.

Our team is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our team consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Leigh Ann has been with our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1992. She is CPR and nitrous oxide certified. She lives in Rhea County with her husband Scott, daughter Millie, and their dog. Leigh Ann loves taking lots of pictures of her Great Dane and buying them gifts!In her free time, she enjoys doing paper crafts and spending time with her friends and family.

We welcomed Timberly to our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2021. She's a great addition to our team and brings experience from her time working with kids as a pediatric dental hygienist. Timberly is nitrous oxide certified. She enjoys running, working out, camping, and playing with her chocolate goldendoodle named Griffey in her free time. Fun fact, Timberly graduated with the first class of Tennessee Wesleyan University's dental hygiene program here in Athens!

We welcomed Shannon Harig to our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022. In Shannon's career of over 20 years, she has found building relationships with and providing care to her patients is what she enjoys most about being a dental hygienist. She and her husband Jeff have two children, Jamison and Keaton and two labrador retrievers named Bowser and Baker. In her free time Shannon enjoys cheering on the Loudon high school football team, cooking, running, hiking, gardening, and any outside activity!

We welcomed Jennifer to our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022. She has served the community as a dental hygienist for nearly 30 years and specializes in disease prevention, maintenance, and educating patients about oral health. She is a proud wife to her husband Kent, mother to her two wonderful children Katie and Kyle, and mother-in-law to her precious daughter-in-law Alexsis. When she is not spending time with family and friends, Jennifer and her husband are on their family farm tending to their cows and goats! She spends her days out in the field with her dogs Mocha and Java and her goats Bambi, Silver and Laverine.

As an Office Administrator, Rebecka brings her knowledge of dental care procedures to patients at the front office from her time serving as Dr. Young's dental assistant. Rebecka worked as a Registered Dental Assistant for our team for 3 years and previously worked in health care as a pharmacy tech. She and her husband Donald have a daughter named Alivia. Her hobbies include crafting, fishing with her husband, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

We welcomed Christie to our team as an Office Administrator in 2021. Christie is an asset to our team not only because she is an outgoing people-person, but because she brings a combined 13 years of dental assisting and administrative experience to patients at the front office. Christie has a son named Brandon and two pets, a Chihuahua named S'mores and a cat named Shadow. Christie enjoys camping, kayaking, and spending time with her granddaughter.

We welcomed Autumn to our team as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. We are fortunate to have experienced dental team members like Autumn at our practice. When out of the office Autumn enjoys shopping as well as spending time with her family including her husband Roger, her three children Audrie, Roman, and Tatum, and their dog, Marley, too!

We welcomed Ashley to our team as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. Although a recent graduate from dental staff school, she proves her natural talent and skill as a Dental Assistant and member of our team. Ashley enjoys kayaking and hanging out with friends and family.
