Had my young son there, terrible first visit. Also,made cutting remarks about what coverage I had. Would not recommend for children.

If you're looking for "PATIENT CARE" I WOULD NOT recommend THIS OFFICE. I have been in dentistry for the last 5 years and this is what WE call "SLOPPY DENTISTRY" in the industry.

So far it's lovely. Dr. Fisch seems like he genuinely cares about his patients, and their varying needs. I went to my 1st appointment and it was just x-rays and the beginning of a treatment plan but it was a nice appointment and I look forward to my appointment tomorrow to get some of my cavities filled and fillings replaced. I will update since I have many appointments within the next few months.

Had my 6 month cleaning done today Nov. 30, 2020. Dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional , and did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth and gums. This office is second to none. Thank you Dr Fisch and associates for providing me with the best dental care one could ask for. Rob S.

Initially tried to refuse me my dental records because I have an unpaid balance WHICH IS ILLEGAL. He has been penalized by the board of dentistry before which you can look up on pa board of medicine website. He will screw up your teeth, leave fillings unpolished and unfinished. He will charge you for things that your insurance covers. He will then send you to collections but not before he more than doubles the amount you "owe" him for making things worse.

we went to him for cavities and afterwards he told us crown work was done and charded us 900 dollers and we paid 50 dollers to pay it off and now hes telling us there is FINANCE CHARGES that we worked out with them at the start of payments and was told there will be no finace charges DO NOT GO TO THIS CROOK

Truly an amazing dentist! I am petrified of having dental work! Dr. Fisch and his staff are always so very warm and welcoming, very easy to talk to and very calming! Like going to see close friends! We have been with them over a year now and I won't go anywhere else. I am an every 6 month visit kind of patient because I'm too nervous if anything goes wrong, I don't like having cavities filled. This was my second replacement filling done with Dr Fisch and when this man gives injections, you don't feel it!!! Nothing!!! I was only numb for an hour and was eating carrots ! He is amazing! As well as his staff!

Have been a patient for years and until recently would've given 5 stars. I called to schedule appointments for my 3 daughters and was told there are balances against each child that have been sent to collections already. I never even recieved a bill from them and everything my kids had done, cleanings and fillings, were supposed to be covered by their insurance(per the dentist office themselves) Then the new receptionist proceeded to hmm and huh me with her condescending remarks, basically insinuating I was lying when I said I never even recieved bills from them. Very snotty. Also have each child in as a no show and a nice fee for each of those. We have never missed a scheduled appointment. Just very disappointed with their customer service and understanding..
