Dr. Carpenter and his staff are wonderful! My family and I are very appreciative of how caring every is and in this line of business, it is very important! Dr. Carpenter explained each step and was meticulous with the work I had done. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I had 2 of our dentists retire. We tried another dentist, but were not entirely happy. We heard so many good things about Dr. Carpenter and his staff, we decided to see if they were accepting new patients. They were. We both have had complete examinations and cleanings, and so far the office staff, the dental staff, the hygienist, and the doctor have all been great. Dr. Carpenter has spent more time with both of us in the last two weeks, than my other dentist did the entire time we were patients. My wife was very nervous about the first trip to a new office, but she came back relaxed and happy about our "new find".

Dr Carpenter and his caring and talented staff are unique and provide a valuable medical service to their patients. I have been burned by other practitioners in the region and Dr. Carpenter is like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend him weather you are perusing regular care or have given up on being able to correct after years of neglect. The right choice!

I had some implant work done by Dr. Carpenter recently. He performed the surgery - it went very well. Lot easier than I had thought. After a healing period, he removed the temporaries and placed beautiful porcelain teeth that look REAL. Such a smooth, stress-free process and going to just 1 doctor for all treatment is THE BEST. It helps that Doc is tops in Implant work, you need to be careful of who you go to. Go to Dr. Carpenter - - you won't be sorry!

Dr Carpenter is amazing. It took me years to find a Dentist that has never come close to making me feel any pain at all. I use to suffer thru bad tooth aches for many years as the Dental work by other Dentists hurt much worse. The Whole staff is Excellent at Dr Carpenter's Practice !!!!

Spent a total of $25,000 on 6 implants, Two of the implants Failed Twice. Had to Pay both times for work that should have been covered! Not Acceptable! I have another implant that is coming out of my bottom Jaw bone sideways! Dentist John F Carpenter didn't even know this till I brought it to his attention the next day, how could he not have seen this? He could not get the implant out so he left it in there, bothers me to this day! Both implants failed within a year, this should not have happened! and to Recharge me for it is Totally Unacceptable! Please beware of Dentist John F Carpenters Practices!! Get it in Writing on how long he Guarantees his Work? Also watch out for hidden fees, such as 3D Imaging? Which I hear he finally purchased the Equipment to do this in office, instead of Subbing it out to a third party and surprises you with unexpected Bill!!!

There is no dentist more knowledgable I've ever been to. Surely the best of the best Very meticulous. Takes his time to figure out the most cost effective way to give you the perfect smile. Very highly recommend. Another plus,, schedules you so you are in at your appointed time.

Our family has had the pleasure of going to Dr. Carpenter since he first started practicing dentistry in New Windsor. He has a very gentle touch and is always on the cutting edge of new procedures. AND, his staff is absolutely wonderful!

You can leave all of your apprehensions and fears behind. I was so fortunate to have Dr. Carpenter recommended by a friend, and I have since paid it forward. I imagine everyone would feel as comfortable and impressed with his care, (he's a perfectionist!) skill (he's an artist!) and enjoyable personality. I like that he also mentors and teaches. His credentials are outstanding in his field. But all of that doesn't mean a thing if you can't stand going! No problem, the entire staff is unsurpassed in their ability to put you at ease, and all assist Dr. C so competently, I've never experienced anything like this. They are so detail oriented, never miss a thing, yet you never feel worried or need be apprehensive about what they're doing to you! You are treated like a longtime neighbor as soon as you walk into their comfy "home". They communicate effectively, include you in all decisions.. nothing is sprung on you like a surprise. This is the first time in my life I am able to walk into a dentist appointment without any anxiety. they even have a special way to make you numb that removes the dread of any discomfort. I hope I am addressing any issues that have prevented so many from going to the dentist. I went in planning to request sedation but even though they would have accommodated that choice, they proved to me that I am able to tolerate everything.. I am so grateful. I do not worry for days before my appointments. I believe that becoming their patient was actually life changing for me. They did everything that enabled me to keep my own teeth, even hustled to complete my two front teeth in time for Christmas.. and sang the song to go with it! I can't say enough about Dr. Carpenter and all of his lovely amazing staff. Game. changer. Bam!

Dr. John Carpenter has been my dentist for many years. Some visits have been simple, while many others have been very complex. During all visits I have received professional and comfortable care from the doctor and his very helpful staff. In fact at times I have experienced some very humorous moments.
