The dr was great, the billing not so much. This is a visit you don't do often, so paid the copay and thought everything was great. Well I guy here was a billing issue with insurance I wasn't aware of and next thing we are in collections. Everything is now paid but they keep reporting me as a collection each month. grrr so Aggravating. I've made numerous attempts at challenging this on my bureau contacted the collection agency and nobody can do anything they say

The staff was extremely nice and caring. I was being sedated thus was a little nervous and they helped me to calm down.. and then I woke up and it was over. Dr. Villano does amazing work. I had a decent size procedure and I've felt a minimum amount of pain for something I was told would hurt. If oral surgery is in your future or in mine again I will go to Dr. Villano after thus great experience, which I don't say lightly for dentists lol.

The shots of Novacaine were by far the worst experience maybe in my life! Other than that,, it was a very good experience. Probably because I go to the best oral surgeon in Oregon!

Friendly & informative, they helped me with my wisdom tooth removal. Everything went smoothly, and they made the process very easy and talked me through any concerns I had along the way.

I had an infected impacted wisdom tooth that was needing to come out quickly, I walked over to Dr. Villano's office after my dentist put in referral and they saw me that week! I was shaking in my boots because I've never had any kind of surgery or general anesthesia and the dental assistant made me feel so safe and comfortable! Everything happened so smoothly and quickly I don't even remember being there, lol! Everyone was extremely nice and caring, I can't say enough and the assistant nurse even put my hair up in a made shift hair tie for me after walking me out to the car! She was amazing!

I am satisfied and happy with everything, the visits, and outcome. I would recommend Dr Villano for Dental implants (& other oral and maxillofacial surgery). Perfect smile!

The receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable. She wasn't wearing a mask neither was another worker in the back and she was confirming my confidential information over speaker phone with insurance. I didnt even see the dentist because we couldnt confirm my insurance she just wanted to see what would happen anyway and nobody can afford that...probably won't be back.

Dr. Villano and his entire staff were exceptionally wonderful. I have a huge amount of dental anxiety and they were very reassuring, kind and attentive. They will be my first choice if I ever need an oral surgeon again!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted recently. The staff were all very nice. Both the receptionist and the technician were very friendly and helpful. I forgot the names of the people but they were all very comforting in a somewhat stressful process. Speaking with the Doctor was easy and straightforward, and I left knowing I was well taken care of with all questions answered. If I need this type of service again I would gladly come back.

I can honestly say I love this office and oral surgeon. His office staff is professional but easy going. The office makes you feel relaxed and safe. And for me that is a must. Dentist offices terrify me. And a bustling pushy place scares me. Not that they aren't top notch in all areas, but a safe feeling zone. Hope that makes sense.Also, I think Dr. Villano is an excellent oral surgeon and his staff is top notch. I will and would trust him with any problems I have.
