Dr. McCleve received his Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Brigham Young University in 1993 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1997. He has been practicing in his native Los Gatos since 1998.

Dr. McCleve is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. He strives to stay on the cutting edge of dental advances through his membership in an Implant Study Club and the San Jose Study Club. Dr. McCleve also dedicates part of his time to working in the St. Josephs Pediatric Dental Clinic in Santa Rosa.

Dr. McCleve and his wife, Carolyn, have three young boys: Alexander, Andrew, and Ethan. He enjoys road tripping with his family, surfing, and skin diving. Dr. McCleve spent two years in Spain as a representative of his church and is fluent in Spanish.

Tina has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1988, and graduated from Bryman College in San Jose, CA. She is licensed in Radiology and Coronal Polish and is also certified in CPR. Tina also has experience as a treatment coordinator and patient educator. Her reassuring chair-side manner helps even the most apprehensive patients feel comfortable. She is also known for her excellent temporary crowns and her ability to keep Dr. McCleve on schedule. When she is away from the office she loves being outdoors, and likes camping, boating and is an avid runner that enjoys her friends and family.

Susan graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2006. She grew up in the San Jose area, then moved to the East Bay during the time she was raising her family, and is happy to now be back! We are so fortunate to have a hygienist on our team who also works in a periodontal practice. She is very experienced working with patients who are periodontally involved, as well as with those with healthy mouths that just need a routine cleaning. Susan has licenses in Radiology, Anesthesia, Soft Tissue Curettage and is CPR and laser certified. When she isnt in the office, Susan enjoys spending time gardening, and enjoying her family and dogs.

Ali attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA and graduated with an Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene in 2001. She has licenses in Radiology, Anesthesia and Soft Tissue Curettage, and is laser & CPR certified. Ali really enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and educating them how to improve their oral health. She worked for several years in a prosthodontics office, so she is very familiar with caring for patients with dental implants, crowns and bridges. Ali was raised in Rome, Italy and moved here to the U.S. as an adult. When she isnt in the office, she likes spending time with her family and friends, hiking, cooking and traveling.

Shay attended SVSTI and is a certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician. The safety of our patients and their families are of the utmost importance, and we feel having a dedicated sterilization technician will ensure that all protocols and standards are consistently maintained.

Shay is responsible for operating and maintaining all the sterilization equipment, and diligently making sure that all of the instruments in the office are properly disinfected, sanitized, packaged, sterilized and distributed. Shay assembles all of the operative trays that are used during your visit with us and she cleans and sterilizes the operatories and meticulously resets them for the next patient. You may also see her wiping down surfaces in the common areas in the office throughout the day. Although her primary focus is sterilization, she also helps with some data entry as well. When she is not in the office she likes to go to the gym, hike, and spend time with friends and family.

After spending 12 years as an office manager in a couple of dental practices, Janet switched her focus to dental hygiene. Janet attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA and graduated with an Associate in Science degree in dental hygiene in 2001. She has licenses in Radiology, Anesthesia and Soft Tissue Curettage, and is certified in CPR. She also has worked as a dental hygiene clinical instructor at Carrington College of California. Janet is exceptionally thorough and conscientious. Her warm and caring personality, as well as her meticulous cleanings, have gained her a devoted following among our patients.

Chris graduated from Galen College in Modesto, CA, and has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1986. She is licensed in Radiology, Coronal Polish, and Ultrasonic Scaler, and certified in CPR. Chris is very proficient and accurate in insurance billing and treatment plan calculation. She will be able to help utilize and maximize your dental benefits to the fullest, always working in your best interest. Because she also has chairside experience, she is also able to answer any questions you may have regarding our procedures. Chris enjoys scrapbooking, dancing, kayaking, traveling, going to the movies and listening to music.

Olga attended San Joaquin College of Dental Hygiene in Visalia, and graduated in 2005. She has licenses in Radiology, Anesthesia and Soft Tissue Curettage, and is both Laser and CPR Certified. Olga has a very friendly and outgoing personality which helps our patients feel as comfortable as possible. She is always cheerful and has a very gentle chair-side manner. When Olga isn't in the office she enjoys taking cycling classes, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Bushra graduated in 2003 from UCSF with a degree in dental hygiene, and in 2012 she graduated from UOP with her RDHAP (alternative practice). She has been in the dental field since 1991 when she started as an RDA. Bushra has licenses in Radiology, Anesthesia, Soft Tissue Curettage and is CPR and laser certified. Bushra spends a lot of time making sure patients understand how to manage their dental health once they have left the office and makes sure that each patient's individual needs are met. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and is passionate about providing the best hygiene care and education. In her spare time, Bushra enjoys cooking, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
