Doc Smith and his team are the best Dentists I've ever been to. It's rare to find places like this, they are all professional and friendly. Also take my 9yo daughter here and they are great with her. Very great work guys.

My favorite dentist office ever, hands down!! They have the best staff ever a they literally make you feel like family! They truly care about your each and every concern you may have. Dr. John Alan Smith is the best. Every time I come in for a visit I feel like I'm catching up with my own family. I have never had an issue here, I would recommend this office to any and everyone.

This dentist by far and I have been to a few different dentist in my lifetime is the BEST ! Him and his staff are just a 5 star . I cannot give them enough stars! He is such a great dentist ! He has made me feel whole again !

I have had severe anxiety when going to the dentist since childhood, but Dr. Smith and his team have helped me feel more relaxed over the last few months. I've had two fillings and 3 amalgam fillings replaced by Dr. Smith. I can honestly say it's getting much easier to walk into the dentist after being cared for by this team. They take care of me as a person and not just a patient in the chair. Things were explained to me so there were no surprises, they gave me extra time to numb since it takes me a little longer sometimes, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the amalgam removals. I've had a lot of dental work in my lifetime and I have to say Dr. Smith and his team have been the best to work with. The office is very welcoming from the receptionist when I walk in, to the dentist and hygienists, and even as I check out! Excellent practice!

I started my relationship with the John Alan Smith, DDS practice shortly after moving to Tennessee in 2019. I visit the office quarterly. I cannot image a better dental experience in the Tri Cities area. The entire staff, new offices, and communication technology makes Dr. Smith's office the place to go for professional dental care.
