I came to Dr. Sines Office to have a tooth looked at that another dentist said would not take a root canal. Dr. sines said he could do it no problem. I have had problems with that tooth from the first day it was done. I had to come back in and have it re-done and they're still movement in the tooth. I have spent a lot of money and they just keep wanting more. The staff is very nice but Linda at the front desk is a little hard to work with.

One of the best places around here. Have my teeth cleaned by them every year. Lovely people in a very nice, clean environment.

I have known Dr Sines for several years. He has always met or exceeded my expectations in the most professional way. He and his staff do things right the first time. I wish every medial professional served their patients the way Chattanooga Smiles does.

Dr. Sines has taken care of my dental needs for 25 years. I first had implants, and they are still great, no problem. Then he straightened my teeth, put on caps, and more implants. I have never felt pain, during or after, his dental work on me. His dental assistants and office staff are pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Sines and his staff are amazing people! My family and I have been patients of his for over 19 years, and in all those years I have never had a bad experience. I have horrible anxiety from a bad childhood experience, and the whole staff is extremely compassionate with me. I also suffer from TMJ and they make sure to schedule extra time for my cleanings and other work, so that I am able to stop and rest my jaw. At my last appointment to have a crown done, Dr. Sines and his dental assistant Nina were wonderful to me! I have recommended his office to several people who know me and my anxiety well, and know that if I say what a great dentist he is, then he must be! They have all gone to him and agree with me that he is the Best dentist they had ever been to. Jodi is my hygienist, and she is so understanding of my anxiety and always put me at ease and actually makes it a good experience. Linda is so very helpful whenever I have ever had any scheduling or insurance issues. My husband's hygienist is Emily and is always pleased after his appointment with her. Dr. Sines is the only dentist my grown children have ever known, and we are so thankful and blessed that he is ours! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sines for around 3 years now. I had dental issues when I first came to him due to poor dentistry. I was scheduled to have all of my silver fillings redone to a resin based composite filling. The best part? It matches the color of my teeth, so I don't have big silver spots in my mouth! I also had a crown that was not properly fitted at all. He took an impression and I had a brand new crown that day! Not to mention, Dr. Sines was able to see me for a dental emergency on his day off! Dr. Sines and his staff are so compassionate and efficient. I recommend them to anyone that wants dental work done right.

I have been a patient with Dr Sines Jr and his staff since 2005 and they have been great. I've mostly had cleanings and a few cavities filled. I have a slight gag reflex when taking x-rays but Jodi always uses a little salt which seems to subside my gagging to a minimum. The cavities I have had filled were always done correctly the first time without ever needing to follow up. If you live in the Ooltewah/Collegedale/Apison area this is dentist to visit.
