Dr Manous and her entire staff are wonderful! They are always helpful and understanding. Also, very knowledgeable with friendliness all around. I've been going to her for many years now. I also have my husband and son going too. I will definitely continue recommending her! If I could give her more then 5 stars I would

I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years. I was afraid and embarrassed. Dr. Manous made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I wish I would have found her years ago. I wouldn't be having all my issues that I have now. Her office is so comfortable and her staff is very friendly.

I had the worse experience. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, it was her first visit with this dentist. When we walked in we were greeted with frowning faces and rolling eyes. I was asked to fill out paper work, when it got to the portion of the primary person on the insurance I explained that it was under my daughters stepmother's policy. I asked if they would call her father to get their social security number, and with a sigh and a uhhhh I can't do that, I had my daughter do it. My daughter was then called in by the hygienist, again, she carried the same attitude and frowning face as the front desk assistant. I explained to her that we did not need x-rays, as we had them at her previous cleaning six months prior with our other dentist. She took my daughter back, then returned 2 minutes later and ask ' are you sure that her cleaning was 6 months ago, because your insurance won't cover this' when I said yes I was sure, she rudely replied 'well I'm just letting you know'. I seriously looked around the office for cameras, I thought I was being pranked! When the Dr. came out to explain that my daughter has a cavity , she mentioned that she also has a white filling and a silver filling. I honestly was unaware of the silver filling, hence the reason we switched dentists. The Dr. then tells me, ' oh they probably did the silver filling because it's cheaper' . I couldn't believe the way these people treated me, assuming that I couldn't pay. I stood there in disbelief, I asked the front desk assistant if we were done, and she answered yes. She did not attempt to schedule a 6 month appointment nor an appointment for the filling. I felt humiliated and disrespected, as none of these conversations were in private, but rather in their waiting room. When we left my daughters friend asked, what just happened, as she was in disbelief herself, my daughter answered "oh its because moms brown". As a local business owner myself, I will never refer anyone to this office, such unprofessionalism!
