In 1996, I was commissioned into the United States Air Force where I completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency. I proudly served in the military for three more years at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska.

In 1999, I joined my Fathers practice in Dover, New Hampshire as an associate, then purchased the practice in 2003. I am an Active member of the American Dental Associationas well as the Seacoast Asthetic Dental Association.

I currently live in Dover with my wife, our two daughters and our two dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family andenjoy pursuits that bring me outdoors including hiking, cycling, skiing, swimming and camping. I am an active member of the Appalachian Mountain Club and a proud member of New Hampshires 4000 Foot Club.

Welcome to the practice of Dr. Jody Low, DDS. We are so glad you have taken the time to get to know us. Our office is located at 89 Locust Street, Dover, NH. The history of the building and our dental practice is interesting and spans several decades.

The building was originally a home built in the 1840s and was eventually owned by the Douglass family. The home was bought in 1958 by Dr. Simon Markos, DDS and turned into a dental office. Dr. Markos was very involved in the community and served as the mayor of Dover in 1948.

In 1967 Dr. Peter Low, DDS graduated from dental school. After completing a one year residency he joined the practice in 1968. He worked with Dr. Markos as an associate before purchasing the practice in 1972.

The office was renovated in 2013 to include a new lab, increased storage space, a team meeting area, handicap accessibility and some new technology. One thing that has remained the same for generations, per the request of many of our patients, is the welcoming chimes when you open the door. The practice has had the privilege of taking care of the dental needs of several generations of families. We enjoy the relationships that have been developed with our patients and look forward to getting to know you.

My name is Lisamarie. I am a dental hygienist. I graduated from the Boston University Dental School Surgical Assisting Program. After a decade of oral surgery assisting, I decided to pursue dental hygiene. I received my degree as a Dental Hygienist from New Hampshire Technical Institute. I have been a part of the team since 2000. During my free time I enjoy gardening with my husband and travelling.

My name is Hannah. I am a dental hygienist, and graduated with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene from NHTI in 2019. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and being active, and reading a good book.

My name is Amy. I am the Practice Administrator. I joined the team in March of 2014 and work closely with Dr. Low to help achieve our team goals of providing the best dental care to our patients. I bring fifteen years of dental experience to the team. I appreciate old architecture and bold accessories and enjoy sharing a good Italian meal with my husband, four children, daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren.

My name is Kimberly. I am the Human Resource Manager for the office. I have been a part of the team since 2001. I bring years of customer service and management experience to my position. I enjoy working with our team to support a positive, efficient, caring environment. When I am not at the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two daughters and our dogs. We enjoy going to the lake, camping, traveling and skiing.
