Dr. Vance is a board member of the Greater Regional Springfield Dental Society and served as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, the MS Society, Sertoma and D.R.E.A.M. Springfield. He is the former President of the Missouri Dental Association and a Missouri Missions of Mercy Volunteer. Dr. Vance has been teaching oral pathology to dental hygiene students since 2003 at Ozarks Technical Community College.
