Fabulous place. You will actually enjoy the 'Dentist Appointment' here! Par excellence. The doctors and the staff are so friendly and helpful that the ambience is relaxed and comfortable. They patiently enquired about my problem, investigated and explained the various options available and the costs, upfront. It was my most pleasant experience at a Dentist's, ever. Happy to have discovered Custom Dental . Thank you everyone.

I am so glad I found Custom Dental of The Colony,TX. I was looking for a dentist for almost 2 years who could do the work I need at a price I could manage. I had gotten quotes from 4 other dentists and was at the point where I was going to one that offered the best price along with financing even though I wasn't really comfortable with the dentist himself. He seemed cold and just didn't have a good "bedside manner" which is so important since just the dental experience itself can be so stressful. But Dr Saffold was so warm and caring, I felt completely at ease with him. The whole staff made me feel the same way. They are all very friendly, concerned about my comfort and any distress, and were able to work with me on the financial issues as well. Debbie is the sweetest ever and definitely went above and beyond :) I have never before looked forward to my next dental visit but I actually do now. I feel like I've made new friends.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! My mom has been a dental assistant her whole life so of course I had to vet them the second I walked in the door to make sure they were legit & custom dental didn't disappoint me! They had all the latest technology available and offered me good deals to fit my budget for what I needed to get done! Going to the dentist can be absolutely scary for some people especially with anxiety issues like myself! I really did appreciate the staff going out of there way to help me calm down and even going as far to ask me if I needed any medicine / gas to help me calm down prior to sitting in the exam chair ! I ended up going without the meds/gas for the first time in my life, but I did appreciate them offering it as an option ! They are very considerate, knowledgeable people and I will use this company for life !

Dr. Mark Saffold & his staff are absolutely fantastic. They are extremely professional, and courteous... even when a grown woman (me... I'm the grown woman...) has horrific child-like anxiety about dental procedures. They were patient, understanding & very efficient. I left with a completely different perception of how present a trip to the dentist can be. 5 solid stars :)

The hygienist and the dentist took lots of pictures and explained anything going on with my teeth to me in detail. I feel I have all the pertinent information to make an informed decision about what I need to do to take care of my teeth.

First time with this office and everyone was so friendly and professional. Office was clean and easy to find. The dentist was very easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I will definitely use them again

This has been my dentist office for many years. It came under new management and I was a little nervous but.....no reason to be. Debbie at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. She always greets everyone with a big smile and warm welcome. The care they provide is awesome. The dentist is friendly and willing to work with you on procedures. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!

This has been my childhood dentist and I am forever loyal!! Most kids growing up have a fear of the dentist but I was always super excited and felt so comfortable and happy each appointment! Such an amazing and welcoming staff. If I could give 10/5 stars I would!!

Just visited this office for the first time and absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly! Dr Saffold is caring and honest. I sometimes get nervous at the dentist but Dr Saffold and his staff were extremely gentle. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Thiel has been my dentist for many years! Her compassion for my fear of dental work has allowed us to create a strong trusting bond. She'll stop a procedure many times to ask how I'm doing and make certain I'm okay. Her knowledge and skills have kept me returning even after moving over 20 miles away. Front desk Debbie is proficient and professional. I'm looking forward to meeting the new partners!

They didn't push my 6 year old when he wanted nothing to do with them. Friendly. Professional and a great experience!!! Thank you!
