Dr. Jarrett also has a passion for mentoring girls, and because of this passion, she started Beyond Her Smile, a non-profit organization that advances positivity among young girls and exposes them to STEAM-based careers. She also dedicates her time to teaching and empowering new dentists about the industry, and in addition to being a frequent speaker, she runs Dental CEOs LLC, a premiere educational platform for new dentists who are looking to become successful dental practice owners.
Dr. Jarrett is an alumni of Xavier University of Louisiana and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She resides in the Atlanta metro area with her husband, Will, and her daughter, Addisyn. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, Pelotoning, perfecting the art of being a foodie, and spending time with friends and family.
