Dr. Muse and his staff are awesome super professional and I have had several crowns and never had an issue they have never been short with me always there if you need them

Very wonderful, caring staff. Wonderful dentist. I have had several unfavorable experiences, and I knew as soon as I walked through the door that Dr. Muse and his staff cared for me. 100% painless. He done the best job on my crowns. I couldn't be more pleased.

Very rude staff and very unprofessional. I paid 400 cash for services on 10/18/2018 that I never received. I tried contacting the office via work phone, via email, and via texted their business cell phone I never received any contact back from them not even a piece of mail. So unfortunately I had to file a small claims court case on around 12/4/2018. The judge ruled in my favor and I still had to go out of my way to finally receive my money back. I've never in my life had to sue someone and I'm 33 years old but I could not let it go. Hopefully someone may read this comment and it may save them from the headache and terrible experience I had. I do not recommend going to see dr Jim muse.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Staff is very friendly and professional. No one enjoys needing to have their teeth worked on either routine cleaning or emergency care. Dr. Muse went above and beyond to take care of my teeth. As long as he is in practice this will be mine and my families dentist.

It was the worse experience in my life. He treated me horrably and I had to have another dentist fix my gums. They even said he did horrible job on me. I wouldnt send my dog or anything to him. They should yank his license. Hes a joke if dentist out to get money and doesnt care for his patients.

Had a number of crowns made by Dr. Muse. I am very happy with the work! Friendly staff, easy to get to (near the hospital). I think the other reviewer who gave 1 star is bitter or fake. My visits have been perfect.
