Dr. McCaskill grew up in Maysville OK, located thirty three miles south of Norman. Being the first one in his extended family to be able to attend college, he set his goals high and dreamed of becoming a dentist. He wanted to help patients overcome their anxiety about dental care and make a difference in each and every patient. He graduated Valedictorian of his high school class in 1983. He moved to Norman to attend the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a bachelors degree in 1987. Dr. McCaskill pursued his education by attending the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1995.

Dr. McCaskill opened his own scratch private dental practice in Norman upon graduation. He also served as adjunct faculty at the College of Dentistry, teaching prospective dentists while building up his practice. He currently lives in Oklahoma City with his three adolescent children. He attends Life.Church in Norman and enjoys serving as an usher and volunteers on the operations and accounting teams. The doctor enjoys community service and volunteers with Food and Shelter of Norman, as well as other organizations. Dr. McCaskill enjoys spending time with his children and dog as well as participating in outdoor activities, working out, weight lifting, reading, watching movies and traveling. California is his favorite destination when he needs some relaxing time away.

Donita joined Dr. McCaskills staff as a receptionist in 1997 and was promoted to Business Manager in 2000. She lives in Moore with her husband and has one daughter, one son, and four grandchildren. Donita enjoys watching the grands play sports, going to the beach, reading, and serving on the Host Team at Life.Church in Moore.

Dedra joined Dr. McCaskills staff as Dental Hygienist in 2004. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma Dental Hygiene program in 1999. She loves working with patients of all ages and educating them to have a high level of dental health. Dedra lives in Purcell with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys serving others at church and spending time with family and friends.

Lindy graduated from the Rose State Dental Hygiene program in 2013. She grew up in dentistry with her father being a dentist and her aunt being a dental hygienist. Patient-centered care was the main focus in her hygiene education and has persisted with her into clinical practice. Lindy grew up in Norman and is thrilled to be serving in the community she holds so dear. She, along with her husband and two children, enjoys hiking, camping and boating.

Samantha was born in Edmond and raised in Oklahoma City. She attended the University of Oklahoma for several years before deciding to enter the dental field. She was accepted to the Rose State College Dental Assisting Program where she earned an Associates Degree. She graduated the program in May of 2003 with expanded function certificates in radiation safety, coronal polishing, assisting with the administration of nitrous oxide and placement of pit and fissure sealants. She is certified by the national organization of DANB (Dental Assisting National Board). Samantha joined Dr. McCaskills staff in 2003. She lives in Moore with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys spending time by the water, reading and watching Sooner football and Thunder basketball. She appreciates the field of general dentistry for its diversity.

I thoroughly enjoy assisting Dr. McCaskill since 2003. I especially appreciate the relationships that I have been able to build with our patients, truly getting to know them as I have cared for them over the years.
