Thay said my son missed 3 apt and thay want see him anymore my son is 5 has been going here since his first tooth popped in my son has been very sick for 2 week now so I called to reschedule his apt and the lady said he missed 3 apt that she would have to talk to the Dr and see if thay will still see him I never heard back now I have to find my son a new dentist he is heart broken cuz he loved going to this dentist do better for our children

I just took my four-year-old and three-year-old daughter there. They were all very respectful and nice. Even when I was being a helicopter mom I was there for every moment. They acknowledged and answered all of my questions, they never ignored me or put me off. I would highly recommend the dentist and will be going back

We love Dr shumate and her staff! They've always been so good with my daughter. She loves going to the dentist now. They're all always so friendly and nice. Definitely recommend them

Absolutely wonderful! They was able to correct some errors from previous dentist and they have never hurt me like some in the past. Super friendly and always fast to get you in. Thanks to Dr. Shumate and her wonderful staff! You all rock!

Took my children there for several years. I had some concerns that Dr. Shumate was unwilling to address. After regular visits there with my children I was told everything was fine. I took my child to another dentist and he ended up needing multiple root canals, these were on teeth she never mentioned. My other child ended up having two baby teeth pulled, after Dr. Shumate told me all was good. What kind of dentist sees patients on a regular basis, fills some small cavities yet ignores other issues to the point root canals are necessary. Disgusted by the disservice my children received.

Always have wonderful care and they are very caring. I've had nothing but great experience with Dr. Shumate. Will be calling and making a appointment very soon.

Very dissatisfied with this dentist! I went in to have teeth checked and they refused to look at any other teeth but one and I knew of three cavities that needed filled. When they tried to take pictures of the bad tooth they put the camera in my mouth and kept jamming it in the roof and told me to close my mouth around it but I couldn't because of the pain. And they said I was gagging. I could've taken a better picture. My husband also went (and has very bad teeth) they said only one bad tooth and needed cleaning. Didn't prescribe antibiotics to him and he has a terrible infection in his mouth and it has gotten worse since seeing her. Paid $490.00 to get teeth cleaned and one filling. She filled the wrong tooth! Thank God we went before our kids had a chance to. She won't even return calls when you have a complaint. Bad experience all the way around. My family and I will not be back!
