Everyone was friendly. The staff loved my kids and were informative. They made sure to check my insurance and printed out a plan with pricing for my daughter's dental needs and were upfront with the cost. The atmosphere was amazing and my kids even got a little prize and a sticker and a take home goodie bag with a new toothbrush etc.

Addy was extremely meticulous and through while cleaning my teeth. She is very polite and professional with a big smile on her face. She makes visiting the dentist a pleasure! Dr. Kyle was very attentive as well...everything you would hope for in a Dentist.

Jewel Base Dentistry is the quintessential example of excellence in dentistry. The staff is professional, proficient and friendly and both Dr. Bagnell are Dr. Rausch are gifted dentists, who are interactive and keep you informed throughout the dental procedure they are performing. Dr. Rausch made a crown for me on location that was perfect and Dr. Bagnell did a wisdom tooth extraction that was quick and painless. I recommend Jewel Base Dentistry without reservations.

I love that the staff works so hard to create a friendly environment, which makes the experience much more relaxing. The Dr's are great, the work has been exceptional and they are ensuring my dental needs are met while making sure it works with my budget. I even switched my kids from their kalispell dentists they have always gone too, to this office because the quality, affordability and friendliness is the best I have experienced!

My first visit to Jewel Basin Dentistry. I was very pleased with the care that was given me .Dr. John Rausch was very perfetional. He answered all my questions. I am looking forward to my next visit step one in taking care of my teeth. Addy Martin was so helpful with my questions. She is a excellent dental hygienists..my teeth feel so clean. I am so glad that I found this place to take care of my teeth. Also the staff in the front are very nicek and pleasant..Thank you, Aurea

I moved to Bigfork, Montana from Austin, Texas, a major technology hub. I was surprised to find that the dentist here in Bigfork has much more advanced and updated technology than my dentist office in Austin! I got two crowns replaced in 2 hours. No need to make multiple visits to get those uncomfortable temporary crowns or have that weird pink stuff in your mouth. They did everything with computer scans, made the new crowns on site, and they fit better than the traditional crowns. It was really impressive how efficient they are! The front desk folks are very nice too.

TOTALLY AWESOME!!! WE were seen exactly on time. Dr. Rausch and the entire team at JB were EXTREMELY friendly, caring, and effecient in handling our dental needs. GRATEFUL!!!!!!

Patient and kind I absolutely loved Kenzie I already made my next appointment. I had a previous dentist that kept telling me nothing was wrong with my tooth well she fixed it my first appointment and I am beyond happy with it!! The staff is also very kind and it is such a beautiful facility as well all brand new !!!
