I was born in New Jersey but in 1997 I moved to Orlando. I graduated from Boone High School and then enrolled in the American School of Nursing to become a dental assistant. Dr. Manning hired me after interning for him in 2004. I am blessed to still be here at the same office and now working for Dr. Perez.
If you havent already, come on by and check out our dental office. We are located in downtown Clermont. Our office is fully equipped with some of the newest technology the dental world has to offer. One of our newest machines, a Nd:YAG laser, is used for periodontal therapy. The laser allows us to treat gum disease without much discomfort and with great success.
Dr. Perez has worked very hard to meet the needs of our loyal community. You can see and feel the changes when you walk in our office. We offer many services, such as, LANAP, implants, Deep Bleaching, Zoom, Snap-on-Smile, and Invisalign, and our popular CEREC. Also, if you are looking for a new smile, in a short amount of time, Dr. Perez can make it happen. He takes great pride in his work and he wants to make you smile.

I've been coming to Dr. Perez for over a decade. He saved one of my teeth with fillings. He is honest and straightforward and my hygienist is great. I won't go anywhere else. My husband has been to other offices previously and they are all after your money. Also, Dr. Perez gives great botox treatments. Ask your hygienist about it on your next visit!

If you want a dentist that actually cares about his patients then please come here! I trust no one else with my teeth except for Dr. Perez! I have gone to other dentist but all they do is lie and try to get you to spend unnecessary money!!! Plus Mrs. Chris the receptionist is AMAZING Overall, this is one of the best dentist offices around!

I have been looking for a dentist for a long time! I hope I am not jinxing myself by writing this but this guy is great. My mouth is a mess and he is up to the challenge. He gave me a plan of attack and we started immediately. Very detailed in what he was doing and when. I am terrified of going to the dentist and he made me feel comfortable enough to open my mouth and at least look . After that he is my guy! Pulled two molars and making arrangements for implants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
