Each day, the nearly 500 employees of Catholic Charities Maine come to the aid of the poor and vulnerable throughout the state of Maine. We see the faces of people suffering from mental illness, hurt and frightened children and families, those fallen victim to loneliness and isolation, those battling addictions, anxious refugees, and thousands of others who have been stripped and beaten by circumstance.

The staff is always amazing when we show up even though we are hours away from their office they always work with us to make the appointments work for our schedule!! My son loves the orthodontist and the dental assistants there!!! Especially Randy they have this connection for sure and I'm glad he can feel safe and relaxed with someone he never knew before til we started a year ago with the orthodontist process of spacers, the pallet expander and the braces. Definitely amazing all the way around. Yes they book out a ways but so worth the wait!

I called to make appointments for my children to be seen because their dad used to take care of all that and he has recently passed away so I have been trying to take over everything he was responsible for, well when I called I was informed that they hadn't been seen since 2019 and the appointments where broken appointments which I was unaware of and that they would have to be done as a same day appointments if they have any available on the day I call, that leads me to believe that I have to call every day until they have an opening and I have to somehow work around the school and my job to get 4 kids into a dentist that may or may not have opening when I call. With the circumstances behind my issue and that I was unaware of there broken appointments and that I have 4 kids all over the age of 7 years old and two in high school so it's a big deal if they miss school you think they would work with me especially when we are already trying to deal with a hardship at home...instead they are just making things harder for our family! Thanks for taking someone else mess ups and putting them on our family, and of course I have mainecare so it's not like I can just go to any dentist

The staff have always been nice and friendly. When my children got their braces, the process was explained every step of the way so they felt comfortable. The office always answers calls promptly and have taken time to answer any questions I've had.

I have issues with my top teeth that would qualify for a permanent retainer. I even went to the dentists upstairs and they told me i need to go to the orthodontist. They repeatedly told me there's nothing wrong with my retainer even though the retainer isn't the problem. They've never looked at my teeth. One Nurses Aide even told me he didn't believe that I went to the dentist and that they told me to go to them. Now I'm 21 and maine care wont cover it so I cant go back for help which I've been trying for years. 9 Appointments and never ONCE touched my teeth. so thank you guys for screwing me over. once I save up enough money I will be going to a different ortho, and I suggest you do too.

I had my six month dental cleaning today...I have been having dental services for 80 years, 30 years while in our Navy...most appointments went well, I was pleased...but today I was absolutely thrilled with the cleaning that LINDA provided, the best cleaning I ever had, highly recommended...your smile will improve when you see her smile light up. Bear, Proudly Retired UNITED STATES NAVY ======================================================== 17 JUN...Suddenly last night, I had a crown come loose ...panicky, although JESSE ALBERT dental was closed on Friday, I took my chances arriving early to see if the good Dentist would replace/reset the crown...as an emergency the Dentist agreed to see me, within an hour I was smiling again...the good Dentist and her associate are gifts from God....thank you kindly =========================================================

This place is awful. They herd you in & herd you out. I have had 2 appointments canceled with no warning. I made the hour drive to find a few receptionists present & no doctors. They canceled my sons removal of his pallet expander without notice & I was rescheduled 8 weeks out. By there lack of attendance & communication of that has delayed my sons treatment plan by 4 months now. I am a reasonable person I understand things happen but this place seems very excessive. Dr Kirk Round has the bed side manner of Hannibal Lechter.

I haven't been able to find a dentist in my area in months. I moved here to Maine recently and found this office from Facebook! I lost a filling over the weekend and I couldn't get in anywhere so I called first thing Monday morning and the receptionist was so sweet! She gave me an appt @930. I am so grateful especially for how busy everyone is around the holidays. It was a very great experience and I would recommend family and friends here if they ever had an emergency. Very Caring staff and dentists.

The staff have always been pleasant and make the process easy, however my daughter got braces put on in April and they have only been tightened once. The appointment prior to the last was cancelled because they forgot the orthodontist was on vacation and the newest cancelled because their computer system is down. Her braces have been on for 6 months now with only one appointment inbetween to tighten. In June she had a chain surgically put in and hasnt even had the appointment to attach it to her braces! She is going to have these on for years at this point. Not a happy camper.

Doctor Mary is AMAZING I got a tooth fixed that was making it impossible to smile comfortably! She not only fixed it but she made the experience awesome! I am actually excited to go back to the dentist! I wish there was a way to contact her manager and let them know that she needs a raise everybody there is amazing!

I called this morning and even though my some wasn't a patient they were able to squeeze him in and do some x-rays after which the dentist took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and made a call and gave me a referral to another dentist that handles my sons issues. They are very nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable with their answers and asked if I had any questions. A1 in my book

All Staff & front desk,ecspecially Angela* have always been super friendly & very accomodating in person or on the phone. Ortho., Dentist & medical staff are experienced and proffessional..Happy to have my sons dental needs taken care of @ this office!

Dr. Mary is a life saver. I went in for a bad tooth that was causing unbelievable pain. She helped temporarily fix it so I could get through the holidays not in pain. I would recommend to anyone. Everyone there is super nice.
