Dr. Jessica Schellinck, DDS Dr. Schellinck received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2004 from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. For close to a decade, she worked as an associate in the Bay Area, as well as abroad in Germany for the U.S. Army. Jessica has been an instructor at UOP Dental School and has volunteered in the research program at Eastman School of Dentistry in London, UK. She is also one of four siblings who has graduated from UOP Dental School.
Dr. Schellinck is a member of the Contra Costa Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She is a strong believer in continuing education and is a member of the Seattle Study Club and the Spear Study club.Dentistry changes with time and Dr. Schellinck feels she should, too. Learning with peers is a priority for the doctor. The more she learns, the greater benefit to her patients.
As a mother of twins, James and Averly, she enjoys spending time doing arts and crafts, running around outdoors, and laughing with them as much as possible. As an avid watercolor artist, when motherhood becomes a little less busy, she would love to pursue her own love of the arts.
Dr. Jill Thayer, DDS Dr. Thayer attended the University of Oregon as an undergraduate and she received her DDS from Columbia University in 2002. She then completed a one year residency at UCLA in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, where she received specialty training in implants, cosmetics, periodontics and prosthodontics.
Since then, she has attended post graduate courses in all phases of dentistry. Dr. Thayer is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Contra Costa Dental Society. She has been working as an associate in Walnut Creek for the past 8 years treating adults and children. She has also been a clinical professor for the Diablo Valley College Hygiene School.
Jill lives in Danville with her husband and three children. She enjoys running and a host of other sports activities. When shes not in the office taking care of your oral health, shes out on a field somewhere watching [or coaching] her children in a plethora of sports opportunities.

Excellent dentists and office staff. Although we moved away we still travel 2 1/2 hours each way to stay with this practice. My husband and I had regular cleaning appointments scheduled when I had a problem with a tooth just before leaving home. They were able to squeeze me in and take care of everything in one trip. So thankful!

Everyone in the office was very friendly. I was greeted by name as soon as I walked in. I barely sat down before the hygienest called me back. Amber was excellent. Very competent,professional,friendly. Dr. Schellinck made me feel at ease. She explained everything as she did my exam and what my treatment options were. She to was very competent and professional. I am very pleased with the office and my choice to switch my dental care to this Dental team

I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and this office and staff are easily one of the best! From the moment I inquired about making an appointment online to walking in the door, my cleaning, my x-rays, and exam...the experience was professional, friendly and very thorough. Literally, every staff member made me feel like I was a long time patient, treating me with the utmost respect and care. The facilities are state of the art and everyone works as a team! It made my first experience outstanding and very comfortable. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Schellinck and her staff make having a cleaning and tooth restoration about as easy as it can be. I was very impressed from start to finish and would highly recommend Dr. Schellinck to anyone looking for a new dentist. She is caring, informative, perhaps most importantly, does the right thing for her patients. I'm going to talk my wife into switching to her!
