Decent office with supportive staff and knowledgeable doctors. However I needed a root canal and they scheduled me to see a specialist in their office who only comes in on Tuesdays. The receptionist told me it would be 3k out of pocket on the DAY OF my procedure, and it's not covered by my insurance. They never informed me this professional was out of network beforehand. After declining the service I was still billed for a few hundred dollars after they checked a tooth - of which I was not informed of any potential billing from. On top of that, I had some major dental issues that I was told could only be solved via ~35k implants. When I inquired about a partial denture, I was told "I wouldn't like it" and that I "was too young" to have one. After switching dentists I am happy to say my dental health is improving without it breaking my bank, and is very accommodating and transparent. Like I said, the doctors and assistants here know their stuff and are friendly, however there is a decline in quality and transparency I've noticed for about a year or so before leaving. Also, it's a little concerning to read other comments here that may be critical, and see whoever is replying on behalf of the dentists office saying they've gone through the authors files is both unprofessional and petty to say the least. I appreciated their help until recently. If this office works for you, then awesome. But this is just my experience with them.

This place is unreal. We're talking about a Dentist office here. Historically, I've had the most traumatic experiences with Dentists as it can get. Ever have nightmares about the Dentist? X1000% if that gives you an idea. I came to this office to see Dr.Paek for the first time and was referred to him by my brother. I was terrified to go given it's been as while due to the pandemic. When I walked in I thought I was in the wrong office because it's so beautiful and modern inside! Never met such nice front desk personnel and staff, everyone was super helpful and very empathetic. My appointment itself couldn't have gone any smoother and the best part? DIDN'T HURT (had to get a hefty procedure done) and I have extremely sensitive teeth. They have massage chairs while working on your teeth, pina colada numbing cream not that disgusting weird dirty mint flavor that gives you headaches, flat screen tv right in front of you to watch, accepts almost all insurance and the best smiles all around. I highly recommend this Dentist Office believe me you won't regret it.

Make sure to be extra careful about the billing and the service they perform. I went there first time and they took the panoramic radiographic image with no reasoning provided and why the upgraded x-ray was required. They didn't do the standard x-ray and went straight to the most expansive one. Plus, when I asked questions in English, their receptionist spoke Spanish with each other before replying to me. Such a wired experience. To reply the comment from the office: I went to this office 100%. For other users, one panoramic radiographic image is only covered by insurance every FIVE YEARS and that is why I said this was not a standard x-ray. You don't need it for a simple annual check.

Went there a couple months ago to get a regular dental check. They told me I got 10+ cavities. I was shocked and went to another dentist to double check and was told I was perfectly fine.

I always have a great experience at Dr Paek's office. I give them a hard time at every turn, and believe me I am a tough customer! My hygienist Jessica is top notch, thorough and yet super gentle and always informative, all of which is obviously extremely important. Dr. Paek I give the worst time of all.... But I wouldn't have anyone else doing work on my teeth. He's just super smart and knows the issues and how to solve them asap. I feel like my mouth and gums health are in good hands. Highy recommend him to all my family and friends.

Be forewarned, incredibly deceptive billing practices here. If you can, ensure you have them submit through your insurance before paying. They charged me more than the allowable amount from my insurance, and when I made this clear to them they would not issue me a refund. This happened to my wife as well and both were for Invisalign work/retainers. Avoid this office and save yourself the overpayment.

Very rude, would not recommend To respond to your response, I understand that. My review was about the manner is which my issue was handled.
