Dr Yao was the best dentist I could've asked for. This year I had a couple major procedures done by him and I am very satisfied with the results. His professionalism, patience and knowledge was always on top. The office is very clean, sanitized and I always felt like I'm in good hands. I highly recommend him as a dentist and I will try to stay a patient of his although I have moved to south California this month.

Mr. Yao is very professional. He cared for myself and my 23 year old son. Next my daughter and her husband who moved here from Idaho will go to him.

Dr. Yao and his wife Natalie are an amazing team! For my entire life, I've absolutely dreaded going to the dentist, but this dental practice has restored my hope. They are very transparent with explaining the procedures and expected costs up front, and take the time to talk you through the procedure as it's taking place. They are also very friendly with good conversation every time I visit. I've never waited in the waiting room or felt rushed through anything. Truly cannot write enough good things.

Dr. Yao and his wife Natalie are an amazing team! For my entire life, I've absolutely dreaded going to the dentist, but this dental practice has restored my hope. They are very transparent with explaining the procedures and expected costs up front, and take the time to talk you through the procedure as it's taking place. They are also very friendly with good conversation every time I visit. I've never waited in the waiting room or felt rushed through anything. Truly cannot write enough good things.

Dr Yaos office is not only so clean which is number one to me but he does everything himself. I had the best cleaning because of how thorough he was. It also didn't hurt that I laid in a massaging chair for my appointment. Natalie was great with the communication and did most of the appointment booking via email with me. I went back to work and told all my coworkers about this office. Extremely happy since I just moved to CA and had the same dentist for over 20 years.

We have not had a dentist for years due to really bad dental care w lots of pain inflicted on both spouses. We needed to see a dentist and spent LOTS of time researching and reading reviews. We decided to try Dr Yao. What a wonderful experience we've had. Dr Yao cleans your teeth himself! Best cleaning and most gentle I can ever remember. He's helped us with a newly needed bridge and replaced some 50 year old cavities. Had let my teeth go so long that he recommended a deep cleaning. Which I'm happy to say has put me back on course to good dental care. We can't say enough good things about Dr Yao and Natalie. Such a gentle doctor, kind, really cares about making your experience good, and just an overall fantastic dentist. Natalie mirrors Dr Yao in every way in her scheduling and keeping up with insurance etc. They are both so great to work with. Small practice, very personal, unbelievable there are still great dentists around. We've had our share of bad ones. Nice to be done with them! We are forever patients of Dr Yao now. Thank you Dr Yao and Natalie in restoring our dental heath with such a wonderful experience.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Yao for almost 3 years and have had a great experience every time! Dr. Yao is very personable and encouraging about your progress and helps you know how to improve in the future. He works on only one patient at a time, so you're never sitting in the chair for unexplained amounts of time, so you're in and out in 30-45 minutes! I highly recommend Dr. Yao for your next dentist!

I have been a patient with Dr. Jerry Yao for over 20 years now. I have been a resident of San Francisco for 14 years. Walnut Creek before that! Dr. Yao and his wife Natalie are simply the best and most professional dental team in the Bay Area as far as I'm concerned. I can't imagine dental care from someone else. They're family to me. I have been seeing Dr. Yao for 5-6 years and my teeth never felt better. He, and Natalie, are always warm and friendly and Natalie is a so helpful on schedules. Jerry is very gentle and through and I have never had any pain whether it was cleaning, filling or my crowns. Speaking of crowns, no one can tell which are his and which are my originals, thanks Jerry. I highly recommend the both of them.

We have been happy patients of Dr Yao for the last 10 years. He is one of the few dentists who will still clean your teeth. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Natalie who runs the office and Dr Yao make a great team.

100 % recommend Dr. Yao!! I've been going to him for 14 years and have always appreciated how kind him and his wife Natalie are!! --and how thorough he is when cleaning my teeth. He always gives me friendly reminders on how to keep my teeth healthy which I always need ;) you'll definitely be thankful if you choose him as your dentist! (Not to mention they are gracious if you're running a little late!) Peace !

I have been seeing Dr. Yao for almost 2 years and it's a great experience after haven't been to dentist for years. He and Natalie are super friendly and Natalie is so helpful on schedules and friendly reminder on my appointments. Dr. Yao is so gentle, thorough and spends time explaining what he is doing. . I am so glad that I found him on google and so thanks full to have him as my dentist!
